1. If anyone could play you in a movie, who would you pick?

Play me? No one would wanna play me, I’m a nobody. I’m a nobody. I’m an infant in this business. Let’s give it like, 30 years. See what kind of movies I’ve done, see if I’ve done anything cool.

2. What’s the first album you ever bought?

My mom probably gave me a Kris Kross cassette tape.

3. Describe your style in three words.

Classic, simple, lazy.

4. Craziest fan story?

There’s been so many really cool things I’ve been blessed to be a part of. Opportunities to help raise money for underprivileged kids who have a terminal illness, being able to use social media to do [that] — I think that’s the coolest stuff. What’s the point of all this social media and having a voice if you can’t do a positive, cool thing? It’s like, yeah, it’s fun, but let’s do something to benefit the world a bit, you know?

5. Which emoji do you use the most?

I don’t use emojis. No emojis. But I do like the eggplant and the "see no evil" monkey.

6. What’s your biggest pet peeve?

People being inconsistent.

7. What’s the most memorable concert you’ve been to?

The Eagles at Austin City Limits five years ago. It’s a tie between The Eagles in Austin, and maybe 10-15 years ago [when I saw] Fleetwood Mac [at the] Irvine Amphitheater. Woah.

8. Last person who texted you?

Probably my mom.

9. What’s the craziest thing that happened on set of Fast 8?

It was so hot in Atlanta, I was filming in a car all day, and I sweat through, like, seven different undershirts. It was something stupid like seven [shirts]. Like I definitely lost weight. [It was] in the middle of the summer.

10. Who’s your doppelgänger?

People come up and they’re like, "Are you that guy, Scott Eastwood?" And I say, like, "No, I’m like the uglier version of him." That’s what I say, [laughs].

11. Do you have a favorite reality show?

Nah, not really. I mean, I watch 60 Minutes. I like 60 Minutes and documentaries. Anything that’s gonna sorta expand my mind a little.

12. Celebrity crush?

Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

13. What’s one thing you can’t live without?

Sunshine.

14. Guilty pleasure?

Chips and salsa.

15. Go-to comfort food?

Grilled cheese and Campbell’s tomato soup. There’s something about [Campbell’s Soup].

16. Dream vacation spot?

Anywhere tropical.

17. Hidden talent?

I sleepwalk really, really awesomely. I am an awesome sleepwalker.

18. What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Becoming a pilot a couple of years ago.

19. Favorite place to visit?

Cape Town. Cape Town is pretty cool.

20. Name something on your bucket list.

[I want to] speak Spanish fluently.

21. What’s the absolute best thing about your job?

Creating. Having the ability to create something that can move people or make people laugh, make people cry. Just pure entertainment. Just fun. You’re sort of creating and benefiting the world. You’re not just doing this job just to get money, it’s creating something.

22. What’s a fear of yours?

I fear that I won’t get any sun today. [Laughs]

23. Best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

In life, just [to] shut up and listen. Listen more. What do I know at 31? I don’t know shit.

24. Background wallpaper on your phone?

It’s the ocean.

25. Describe the perfect day.

It would probably be at home in San Diego, [just] California in general. It’d be a sunny day, warm, in the middle of summer. I would probably get up and go do Jiu Jitsu, do a Jits class. Get some really good healthy food afterwards, and maybe go get in the ocean at some capacity whether it be fishing, diving, or surfing. Then maybe go fly somewhere, take the helicopter and I don’t know, fly up to LA or Santa Barbara for lunch or dinner or some meal. Then come back, get in like a sauna or steam room, [and] watch a movie in bed.

26. What’s the last thing you searched for on Google?

"To see my dad. Spend time with my father."

It was probably just maps. Just lookin’ up somewhere.

27. What do you hope for in 2017?

To see my dad. Spend time with my father. Take a break from the movie industry. Not just have a vacation, just do something different. Maybe go back and take a Spanish class. Do some things that I wanna do.
