1. Go Outside For Once

Light deprivation can cause people to feel tired, unproductive, and worst of all can cause depression. Five minutes of sunlight can increase the production of serotonin and dopamine, these chemicals in the brain will drastically improve your mood. Friedrich Nietzsche, a German Philosopher wrote, “All truly great thoughts are convinced while walking.”

2. Make Reasonable Goals

By taking a few notes on yourself, such as your mental and physical well being and then revisiting those notes a few weeks or months later, you provide evidence for the value of your goal. In order for this to work you need you need to be honest with yourself and unbiased

3. Improve Your Self Discipline

With self discipline, you have to wire your brain to know limits. Every day, you need to make yourself do things that you don't want to do, and stop yourself from doing things that you want to do, but shouldn't.

5. Just Have Fun (It’s That Simple)

Regularly having fun is a major key to maintaining a happier life. People who have fun are twenty times more likely to feel happy. Embrace the fun and happy moments of your life. Create a happy atmosphere by joking around, playing games with peers, and take away all the negativity that surrounds you.

6. Declutter Mentally and Physically

Having clutter in your house takes 50% more time to manage your household, all of this unused shit takes up a lot of mental energy. Creating a to-do list to get rid of clutter can help greatly but if you don't cross off the things you need to do can cause more stress. This is called the Zeigarnik effect, by not finishing a task it will cause your brain to constantly think about these unfinished tasks.

7. Create Your future

Why can't we learn from our past experiences to better predict and change the future? Our false view of happiness, and what gives us happiness, is a product of our questions about everything. Naturally we create “what if’s” in our head that hold us back from reaching our future goals and creating happiness.
