I'm Not A Chef, But I Can Give You A Trader Joe's Pumpkin Dish To Make That's Inspired By Your Shopping List

For those who like to keep it simple, this is the remix to grilled cheese and tomato soup. It may seem a bit young, but you're grown, and you don't need anyone hanging over your shoulder telling you how thick your cheese slices should be. So just go to the sacred cheese section at Trader Joe's, grab a block of New Zealand Cheddar Cheese, and slice it the way YOU want it! Take two slices of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Brioche bread, butter one side of each slice, and toast in a skillet (butter side down). Add cheese on the nonbuttered side, melt, then squish together slices to form a sandwich. Boom. Done. Once the sandwich cools off a bit, dip it in a hot bowl of Trader Joe's Pumpkin Bisque. You're welcome.

Is cheese a carb? Who cares? You'll need lots of it for this dish. (Please note: I used way more cheese than I'm comfortable sharing with the internet. So do as I say and not as I do.) Boil a bag of Trader Joe's Fall Zucchette Pasta (OMG, it's shaped like tiny pumpkins). Set aside. Sauté three cloves of chopped garlic in a stick of unsalted butter, add a half-pint of Trader Joe's Heavy Whipping Cream, and bring to a simmer. Then add a bag of Trader Joe's Shredded Unexpected Cheddar Cheese and a chopped block of Trader Joe's Le Gruyère Switzerland Cheese. Once the cheese is melted, add a full can of Trader Joe's Organic Pumpkin and whisk thoroughly. Pour the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and mix. Transfer to a pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Here's your sign that you deserve the fancy things in life. So if you want a bit of a restaurant feel in your own home, try these lamb chops marinated in Trader Joe's Sweet & Savory Lightly Spiced Pumpkin Spread (season lamb with salt and pepper). First, in an oven-safe pan, sear the flat side of the marinated rack of lamb. Add unsalted butter and, once melted, baste the other side of the rack. Making sure all sides are brown, transfer the pan to the oven and cook the lamb on 400 degrees to preferred temperature. Set lamb aside and let sit before slicing. In a separate skillet, sauté chopped garlic, fresh parsley, and kale; add in olive oil (just enough to moisten) and Trader Joe's Sweet Potato Ribbons; and stir. Melt some chunks of Trader Joe's English Cheddar With Caramelized Onions in the ribbon pasta mixture, and serve as a side dish.

Turn the sound up on this one! I HATE CARROTS, but for some reason, the Trader Joe's Les Petites Carrots of Many Colors has a hold on me. The instructions are on the back of the package, but basically, mix the carrots in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and bake for 20 minutes. They pair well with the main attraction: salmon cooked with Trader Joe’s Spicy Pumpkin Curry Simmer Sauce. Try cooking the salmon to your preferred temperature, simmering the sauce in a separate pan, and then drizzling it over the cooked salmon fillets to preserve sauce. There's nothing like going to Trader Joe's on fall day and all the fall stuff is....gone, so save some jars of sauce for the next shopper...or not. \*Insert evil laugh\*
