FYI, Chris Evans Has Been Fighting A White Supremacist On Twitter And It’s Glorious

Captain America is IRL fighting the alt-right.

1. For all those who don’t know, actor Chris Evans, aka Captain America, is pretty vocal on Twitter.

2. Since last year’s US election, he has often shared his thoughts and open dislike of Donald Trump and the alt-right, and spoken out against the president’s policies.

3. Recently, Evans ended up in an ongoing Twitter argument with David Duke, a US white supremacist and former Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. Evans commented on Duke’s support of the confirmation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

4. Since then, Duke has directed a series of tweets at Evans, accusing him of being a “dumb actor” and supporting “Jewish extremists.”

6. On Sunday, Duke tweeted several photos of Evans with female celebrities, suggesting that it showed that Evans hates white women.

Captain America was created by two Jewish writers, Jack Kirby and Joe Simon.
