A 23-year-old pastry chef from Italy has gained thousands of Instagram followers thanks to his beautiful pastry models.
Matteo Stucchi, a pastry chef from Sulbiate, Italy, makes the beautiful designs in his free time, whilst working for a catering company.
"I got the idea by seeing other artists on the web who create an interplay between objects and food," he said. "I focused on desserts, using all my creativity to surprise my followers."
Stucchi said that each delicious creation takes about an hour to make, and while the plastic figurines aren't edible, all the desserts used are.
Since the creation of his page last year, Stucchi has gained over 90,000 followers. People love seeing their favorite desserts included in his designs.
