However after a number were shared on Reddit in mid-March, his Hydraulic Press Channel gained almost 50,000 subscribers in a day, with each video receiving millions of views.
Speaking to BuzzFeed News, Vuohensilta, from Finland, said he started the channel after his wife noted that there were a lot of popular YouTube channels showing people destroying stuff.
"We thought that we must do something similar and I happened to have that huge press laying around my shop," he said. "I think that people are fascinated by the power of the press and amused by me and my wife's reactions."
