This mythical Pokémon is so rare that some people doubt its existence. Said to contain the DNA of all Pokémon, Psychic-type Mew can learn all known Pokémon moves and is considered by some to be the ancestor of all Pokémon.

This dragonlike Pokémon is known for its fierce flames and even fiercer personality. Also known for its competitiveness and temper, an angry Charizard can spit flames hot enough to melt boulders in seconds.

The seed on Bulbasaur's back contains nutrients that help it grow and can provide Bulbasaur with nutrients for days. Reliable and calm in the face of adversity, Bulbasaur is the very first Pokémon recorded in the Pokédex.

Known for its adaptability, Eevee can rewrite its genetic code to adapt to almost any environment, which is why it can evolve into almost every type of Pokémon. Eevee is known for its friendliness and childlike innocence but can also tackle any obstacle in its path.

The Shadow Pokémon Gengar is known for its menacing aura and malicious spirit. One Pokédex entry states that Gengar hides in people's shadows in order to steal their warmth and spirits. Able to pass through dimensions and float through the night, Gengar strikes fear in the hearts of its enemies and is known for its ghostly power.

Pikachu, known worldwide as the Pokémon mascot, is an electrically charged rodent known for its energetic spirit. Although it's cute and friendly, this Pokémon packs quite a punch in its electrically charged cheek pouches. Ash Ketchum, the main character of the Pokémon anime, chose Pikachu as his first Pokémon for a reason!

Greninja, the ninja Pokémon, is able to defeat opponents with the combination of its swift and unpredictable movements and powerful water shuriken. Graceful and deadly, this froglike Pokémon wraps its tongue around its neck so it can move quickly and silently through the air.

The powerful Gardevoir is known for its loyalty to its trainer, reading the future with its Psychic powers in order to look for danger. Its powers are strongest when its trainer is in danger, able to distort dimensions and create black holes with the full brunt of its Fairy and Psychic energies. Known for its loyalty and beauty, Gardevoir is great to have on your side in times of need.
