I remember Click making me sob uncontrollably in the theatre when I was like 7 years old. I was expecting an Adam Sandler comedy and instead I got hit with the earth-shattering reality that life is passing us by and we’ll be dead in the blink of an eye.

Hereditary actually! I went into the theatre expecting to be creeped out and scared but was so caught off guard by the underlying theme of withholding parents and how that can damage a person so deeply. Totally unexpected but done in a really interesting way!

Charlie was supposed to die in hereditary though? They set that up when they say the demon is typically in a male host. Charlie had to die so the demon could take over her brother. It wasn’t a meaningless death, it was foreshadowed from the beginning.

I think the point was the person who ordered it wasn’t aware of what it actually was. Most fancy restaurants don’t give very detailed descriptions so they probably thought it was just a fancy word
