My body carried two baby boys. It gets me up every morning, it enables me to work 50+ hour work weeks, it has the strength to keep up with those boys, a husband, three dogs, and lots of friends and family. I can still flex during yoga and take long walks at night. I love my body nowâŠÂ
The scene where Betty walks into Adam Kesherâs movie production in âMulholland Driveâ - there is foreshadowing, suspense, beautiful lighting, and lots âsaidâ without any dialogue.
Coco - hear me out here! I loved it. LOVED it. I never cry during movies, but I WEPT during this movie. My poor kids were cracking up, asking if I would be OK! I had to âcollect myselfâ before stumbling out of the theater, trying to act tough for my sons so that they didnât also cry!âŠÂ
I LOATHE entertainment awards shows. Self-congratulating, history of honoring well known criminals, rapists, pedophiles...itâs just a waste of tremendous money. The awards are great, the hoopla is not. Iâd love to see these pared down like they once were, decades ago. Honor humanitariansâŠÂ
Itâs hard for me to get behind anything involving Elizabeth Moss as some sort of crusader for female empowerment. She is a longtime Scientologist, which has a VERY well-documented history of covering up rapes and assaults, forcing women to make unwanted choices regarding their healthâŠÂ
The Ringâs âSamara crawling out of the TVâ scene gets all the attention, but I find the scene where the horse tragically jumps to its death on the ferry ...and the little girlâs reaction when she realizes itâs dead...completely unsettling and jarring.
I had to ask my Mom about where they lived, I couldnât remember! Itâs North Whitefield, Maine. We visited them once when I was little, I remember their âcommuneâ - just a big circle of trailers - just sort of appearing out of a forest clearing. They also have very old, biblical namesâŠÂ
