86 Stunning Henna Tattoos
These traditional Indian mehndi tattoos are only temporary, but you'll wish they weren't.

These stunning Indian temporary tattoos are drawn freehand by a mehndi artist using a greenish-black paste of henna that dyes the skin anywhere from a light orange to a deep burgundy for roughly two weeks. Mehndi (also commonly spelled mehendi, and mehendhi) is an artform practiced in many Middle Eastern and South Asian countries and is worn for many different occasions. Traditionally however, it's a bridal custom and rumor has it that the deeper the love between the couple, the darker the color of the bride's mehendi will be.
