Irish S’mores

Servings: 1

Materials

1 cup milk or alternative (warm or cold)

4 ounces Irish cream whiskey

1 bamboo sticks

2 marshmallows

2 graham crackers

Chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. Mix milk and Irish cream together by stirring.

2. Put chocolate syrup on both sides of the graham crackers.

3. Stick bamboo sticks through marshmallows.

4. Roast marshmallows over fire.

5. Put roasted marshmallows in between the graham crackers. Do not remove bamboo stick.

6. Garnish cocktail with s'mores.

Boozy Pumpkin

Servings: 1

Materials

2 ounces pumpkin puree

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1½ tablespoon maple syrup

2 ounces hot water

2 ounces whiskey

Ice cubes

Whip cream

Cinnamon sticks (optional)

Shaker (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, cinnamon, maple syrup, and hot water together.

2. Stir ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Option to use shaker.

3. Mix in whiskey and ice cubes.

4. Stir ingredients.

5. Garnish with whip cream, ground cinnamon, and cinnamon sticks.

Apple Cider Whiskey

Servings: 4

Materials

4 cups apple cider

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 sliced apple

4 cinnamon sticks

Pot

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together into a pot.

2. Simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Garnish cocktail with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.

4. Serve warm.

Mulled Wine

Servings: 4

Materials

1 bottle red wine

¼ cup honey

2 cinnamon sticks

5 cloves

2 star anise

1 sliced orange

4 orange peels

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together into a pot.

2. Simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Garnish cocktail with orange peels and cinnamon stick.

4. Serve warm.
