INGREDIENTS

1 cup whole-fat Greek yogurt

1 ¼ cup self-rising flour

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl mix together yogurt and 1 cup flour until it forms a smooth dough.

2. Transfer dough to a floured surface. Divide into 4 equal parts.

3. Roll out each section of dough to about 8 inches in diameter using plenty of flour to prevent sticking or tearing.

4. Cook the bread in a dry hot pan set over medium high heat. Cook each side for 2–4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy!
