The number 1 saving tip I have for people is to eat a pescatarian diet, my average weekly shop is £25 when I don't eat meat as opposed to £40+ when it includes meat. I'm only shopping for me mind but still it's been a huge saving!

It was considered really lame at my school (90s to mid 2000s). Popular kids played sports and hung outside, nerds hung out playing video games. Cool kids might have video games but they never talked about it.

I think this must be a cultural expectation, where I live we get wine / beer etc with the meal and then post dinner drinks are paid for by the guests. I’ve never been to a wedding where the bar was free, and I’m in my 30s so have been to a fair few now!
