HBO

And while you probably know most of the swear words in your native tongue, perhaps you know or use a swear word in another language?

FOX

For example, the Spanish use "coño" to call someone a "cunt."

Disney

In Amharic, "Silbabot" is quite an interesting insult. People say this to someone who is a nuisance. It means, "you are the fatty layer on my warm milk.”

FOX

In Bulgarian you might tell someone off by saying, "Кон да ти го натресе (Kon da ti go natrese)." Which translates to "get fucked by a horse!"

ABC

The Japanese get pretty creative with their insults. Saying, "豆腐の角に頭をぶつけて死ね (Tofu no kado ni atama wo butsukete shine)" means that you hope someone, “hit[s] their head on a corner of tofu and dies!”

WGN

And in Mandarin if you wanted to tell someone off in grand style you'd say, "肏你祖宗十八代 (Tsao Ni Zhu Zhong Shi Ba Dai)," which means "fuck all your family 18 generations past!"
