A dozen famous faces crammed into one frame for the most-shared photo on Twitter ever. But how well do the people photographed know one another?

Ellen DeGeneres shattered Twitter records with her famous folks-filled selfie at last Sunday's Oscars.

But how well-connected is the group of stars featured in the megaselfie – one that ranges from 18-time Oscar nominee Meryl Streep to the brother of first-time winner Lupita Nyong'o?

That brother, Peter Nyong'o, is the only non-celebrity here.

But he made good use of his time at the show to get photos with a plethora of stars, including fellow megaselfie participant Kevin Spacey.

Spacey made his film debut in a bit part opposite Streep.

The 1986 film, Heartburn, was written and directed by Streep favorites Nora Ephron and Mike Nichols, respectively.

Streep is apparently a dream co-star of newly minted Oscar winner Jared Leto.

"Meryl Streep and I would make a good couple," Leto told The Hollywood Reporter after his win at last Saturday's Independent Spirit Awards, speaking about potential romantic comedy partners. "I don't mean to make the world abuzz with any more rumors about Meryl and I."

Leto was also the reason why Jennifer Lawrence was talking to what appeared to be no one during her Oscar presentation.

Leto told Access Hollywood that he was laughing at DeGeneres' comedy act just offstage. "Ellen was on the side … making, pantomiming [motions like], ‘Don’t fall, don’t fall,’ and my mom and my brother are all cracking up,” Leto said.

Lawrence has co-starred with Bradley Cooper in her last two Oscar-nominated roles, including last year's American Hustle.

Lawrence won her Oscar opposite Cooper in Silver Linings Playbook (pictured above). They'll next be seen together in Serena, set for this year.

Cooper shared the screen with another of America's Sweethearts, Julia Roberts, in Valentine's Day.

Though their banter was flirty in the 2010 massive multiplayer romcom, it was a ruse – Cooper's character was actually romancing Grey's Anatomy's Eric Dane.

Roberts is close friends with DeGeneres, who love to surprise each other.

DeGeneres has interviewed Channing Tatum on several occasions.

In addition to a hot 2012 appearance, Tatum joined DeGeneres on her show just last week to talk about the Team Oscar program he introduced at Sunday's ceremony.

Tatum announced he was putting the brakes on acting for a bit around the same time as Angelina Jolie.

Both emphasized they wanted to make other projects their primary focus.

Jolie starred in Mr. and Mrs. Smith with her to-be partner Brad Pitt.
