Buffalo Bloody Mary
Cocktail
3 ounces tomato juice

2 teaspoons Buffalo wing sauce
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Buffalo wing, for garnish

Kale Mary
Cocktail
1 lemon, peel removed
1 celery stalk, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
3 kale leaves, torn into large pieces
2 roma tomatoes, sliced into chunks
Handful of parsley
11⁄2 ounces Ketel One Citroen
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Parsley sprigs, for garnish
Lemon wedge, for garnish
Preparation
Classic Bloody Mary
1. Rim: Place kosher salt on a small plate. Rub the cut side of the lemon around the rim of a highball glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the salt until fully coated.
2. Cocktail: Pour tomato juice, Ketel One Citroen, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with celery and olives.
Bloody Caesar
1. Rim: Place celery salt on a small plate. Rub the cut side of the lime around the rim of a highball glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the salt until fully coated.
2. Cocktail: Pour Clamato juice, Ketel One Citroen, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, celery salt, and pepper into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with celery and lime wedge.
Buffalo Bloody Mary
1. Pour tomato juice, Ketel One Citroen, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Buffalo wing sauce, and salt into a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with a buffalo wing and blue cheese cubes.
Kale Mary
1. Place lemon, celery, kale, tomatoes, and parsley in a blender. Blend on high until all vegetables have been broken down. Squeeze mixture through a cheesecloth and into a bowl.
2. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add Ketel One Citroen, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Pour in strained vegetable juice to fill the glass. Stir well with a long spoon. Garnish with parsley sprigs and a lemon wedge.
