Just your ordinary freak. Dungeons and Dragons, band geek, you name it. I like music varying from New Age to My Chemical Romance to classic and alternative rock. I love chocolate and cheese. I have a lot of interesting views on religion and politics, all pretty liberal, but I'll talk civilly to anyone. I've had varying career goals...anthropologist, computer technician, geneticist, teacher, librarian. I'm currently pursuing an A.A.S. in Computer Networking, and I love it--it's full of gritty technical details that satisfy my need to know. One thing's for sure, whatever I do for a living isn't going to be the only field I learn about.

    Foozlesprite commented on Harsher Laws Don't Mean Fewer Sex Crimes

    Victims are often afraid to say they've been raped, much less accuse a specific person. I would imagine that where the laws are harsher, they feel more protected and thus are more likely to report the incidents. So I have to wonder if it's not just that a higher percentage…

    It's all stuff that you need to learn about life, though. If anything, I'd say watching children's movies where horrible stuff happened has helped me be a better adult.

    I like taking cheese crisps and sandwiching some stuff between them (usually turkey). Easy to make and not very messy at all, though it might be if you insisted on mayo or other liquid-y toppings.

    #6 Coconut flour is amazing stuff. Not only is it gluten free (and delicious!), it's low-carb/high-fiber. Only issue with it is figuring out the ratio of flour to liquids when you're trying to substitute it in a recipe. The stuff absorbs moisture like nothing else...

    It wasn't the customers that pissed me off when I worked retail, it was my co-workers. People can't read a bar code to save their lives so they just shove stuff in the wrong place. Department managers apparently can't count when it comes time for inventory. Lazy workers…

    It's funny because it's true (even if you showed adult ducks, the geese are still much more terrifying). I had ducks and geese as a kid, and the ducks were always well-behaved. The geese, though...we had one that would run across the yard at me if I so much as stepped out…
