At the beginning, the purpose of the project was just for fun. However, after the long journey, the sketchbook was sold at auction in Brussels. And...

Proceeds from the auction and royalties from the book's publication was donated to an international literacy NPO, Room to Read

Consequently, libraries were built in a several countries :)
