What can I say? I'm a fan.
I have very thick hair to begin with, but I normally wear it in long braids that hold onto water like no one's business. I don't use heat styling tools, so after washing my hair, it can take a whole day for them to air dry — and sometimes I'll even wake up with damp hair. These scrunchies are absolute game changers. I just snatch my hair into a ponytail, bun, or a pair of space buns (if I'm feeling cute), and wait for the magic to happen. After a couple hours, my hair is basically dry. And as you can see from the GIF, the scrunchie absorbed most of the moisture.

The lint remover comes with a power cord, an extra blade, a storage bag, and a cleaning brush.
I got this because my favourite sweaters were starting to look kind of grungy. I tried using lint rollers, but they weren't picking up enough of the pills on my knits, and it was so time consuming. This electric shaver got rid of ALL the annoying pills and my sweaters look good as new. It's super gentle on clothes and it took way less time to get rid of the pills.

The regular spatula is great for medium to large sized bottles like lotion, shampoo, or conditioner, and the mini spatula is perfect for makeup bottles. I figure after using these spatulas for a few months, I've probably saved more than a few loonies and toonies on makeup and skincare. Plus, it's super satisfying to see how much product comes out. I knew there was more in there!

The bristles on this broom are stiff as heck. Instead of pulling out the vacuum, I can give the rugs and carpeted floors in my house a quick sweep and this broom actually does the job. The idea of having to crouch down to sweep dirt into a dustpan is very unappealing for me, so I really love that the dustpan has a handle. The rubber teeth are another great feature, because I hate picking those stray pieces of fluff and hair from the bottom of my broom. And storing this set is a breeze and it doesn't take up anymore space than a traditional broom and dustpan.

I've been washing my hands a lot recently (AS WE ALL SHOULD BE) and it was starting to take a toll on my skin. My hands were so dry and the skin felt really tight immediately after washing. So I started using some Caudalie hand cream, and it's become the second step in my hand-washing routine. The texture is light and it absorbs really quickly, without leaving behind a sticky or greasy feeling. And it has a warm citrus scent that I find very subtle and soothing. My hands look and feel moisturized and soft, and I'll definitely be restocking once I finish the tube.

I use this all the time to wash my favourite sweaters and other delicate garments I don't like putting in the washing machine. I also like using it to quickly clean a bra or pair of underwear. I just add a capful of soap to a basin of water and let the garments soak for 15 minutes. And I've even started using it to wash my cloth face masks at the end of the day. I love how light the scent is. I have it in fig, but it also comes in unscented, if you're not into fragrances. Plus, it's a no-rinse formula, so I'm using less water.

There isn't a lot of light in my room, so it's made a world of a difference. I use it in the mornings when it's still dark out to apply my makeup. And now that I'm working from home, I set it up behind my laptop, so I look less like a dungeon troll during my Zoom calls. I don't know why I waited so long to buy this, because I've used it every day since I bought it.

Now that hand sanitizer is something I never leave the house without, I wanted to stock up on a few travel-sized bottles. I really liked this one because it solved some of the issues I had with using other hand sanitizers. First, it's a fine mist, so it doesn't make my hands super wet before drying down. It also has a light lavender scent, which is downright heavenly compared to the strong chemical smells from other hand sanitizers. My hands don't feel Sahara Desert dry after using it and it comes in this really sleek bottle that's small enough to fit in my pocket. It's a perfect ten out of ten.

The mask contains hyaluronic acid, which is an impressive molecule that can hold 1,000 times its weight in water.
I have oily/combination skin, so my cheeks and chin tend to be drier than the T-zone. Even after I remove the mask, there is so much product left on my skin and in the package that I use it the excess serum on my neck. I can immediately see brighter, smoother, and more hydrated skin after just 15 minutes on my face.

I live with two small children and, as a result, I'm constantly cleaning up after them. These magic erasers are a true blessing. Instead of scrubbing away stains with a bucket and cloth like Cinderella, I can quickly and effectively remove whatever mysterious marks and stains I find on tables, walls, and other surfaces in seconds. Like this beautiful crayon mural, for instance. It took less than a minute to clean up, and all it took was a little water and elbow grease.

All you need is a container of kernels!
Making a batch is so easy: Throw in the kernels, butter, and salt (or whatever seasoning you like), cover the bowl with the lid, and pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes. It only took a minute and a half to pop all the kernels and I didn't have to throw out a paper bag afterward (we love a reusable product). I really like this popcorn maker because I don't have to transfer my popcorn to another bowl. My movie marathons at home just got a little tastier.

I try to exfoliate my skin a couple times a week and this peel is the easiest and gentlest way to do it. I just rub it onto my skin in circular motions and watch as it lifts all the dead skin from my face. It takes less than a minute to work and my skin feels so smooth afterwards. It’s kind of gross and also really satisfying to watch. I've been using it for a couple years now and it's completely changed the texture of my skin.

The mount is wide enough to clip onto my headboard, and I can use it on different pieces of furniture in my house, like my desk or shelf. Plus, the holder stretches open really wide, so it'll fit any phone. I can rotate the holder from a vertical to a horizontal position and the flexible neck makes it easy to change the position of my phone to any angle.

I keep one on my keychain, so I always have it near me. I love using it when I’m unpacking groceries and need to cut through the thick plastic packaging. It’s also easier and much more satisfying to open boxes that are covered in packing tape. The ceramic blade is smooth, making it impossible to cut yourself with it, but it can easily cut through paper, plastic, and cardboard. I feel much more comfortable carrying it around than a pair of scissors, and it's only a third of the size.

The handle comes with two dusters. You can pick up a box of refills here.
It's so much easier to get those awkward or hard-to-reach spots like the fan or ceiling, and the fluffy fibres actually trap dust and dirt on contact, so I don't have to worry about it falling on the floor (or in my hair) while I'm cleaning. One duster can clean up multiple rooms in my house and then I just toss it in the trash when I'm done.

The spongey exterior is very soft and light, but it's the weighted bead inside the sponge that does all the hard work. All I have to do is fill my bottles with a mixture of water and soap, pop the sponges in, and shake it like a Polaroid picture. I liked that the sponges were small enough to fit inside all my water bottles, even the ones with very narrow mouths, like my BuzzFeed one.

I love face masks, but applying them with my fingers can get a little messy. These applicators have made it dramatically easier and faster to shellac my face with my favourite clay mask, so I can actually sit back and relax instead of cleaning up my hands. The silicone tip also makes it easy to spread my masks on my face, so I'm not using as much product. It's basically a spatula for your face. They're great for my gel face masks, which tend to be a little more liquid and harder to apply. I also like using them when I'm using multiple masks. I have more control over where the product goes and they're super easy to clean afterward.

There are only a couple places in my house that have carpet and one of them is the stairs. The big vacuum I previously used was so heavy and cumbersome that I usually just swept the stairs with a broom. This vacuum, by comparison, is so lightweight and fits perfectly on each step. Plus, I can convert it into a handheld vacuum in seconds to get to those hard to reach spots!

The installation process took a bit longer than I thought it would. The screen protectors came with an alcohol wipe to clean and disinfect my phone, a cloth to dry it, a sticker to catch dust, and a guiding edge to help me line up the screen protector with my phone. AND it comes with a link to an entire video that guided me through the process. The screen protector took all the blows and when I couldn't stand looking at the cracks on it, I just peeled it off and replaced it with a new one. My actual phone screen is still in mint condition, and I'm free to be a messy, phone-dropping klutz without dealing with the consequences.

This oven cleaner is magic in a can. It says you only have to leave it for a couple hours to get the best results, but I kind of forgot about it and didn’t remember until the next morning. But, boy did it work! All the grease and grime came off with a damp cloth and a flick of the wrist. It took me about five minutes to wipe down the entire oven, and as you can see, the results are impressive.

You can also get a pair of foot masks, if you want to show your tootsies some love.
My hands are pretty dry already and with increased hand washing, my skin is feeling extra parched. I normally bathe my hands in cream, but it's just not enough. Enter these ~handy~ hydrating masks. First, I love that they're gloves. I've tried other masks that have a mitten shape and it's hard to sit still for 15 minutes while they work their magic. With these gloves I still have a bit of dexterity, so I can work on my laptop, clean, or whatever I need to do in the meantime. And afterwards, my hands feel so soft and moisturized.

If you're into Pokémon, you can find a pack of red and blue thumb grips here.
I've had my Nintendo Switch Lite for a few months now, and I have to say that after playing Animal Crossing for a few hours, my thumbs would get so sore. It was a small inconvenience, but I found these thumb grips and decided to give them a try. They're super easy to put on. They're made of a soft, stretchy silicone material, so they literally just snap over the joysticks. The little paw prints are not only too cute for words, but they add a little texture to keep my thumbs from sliding around. Now I can play on my Switch for as long as I want and my thumbs won't have to pay the price afterward.

It's a lot more powerful than I thought it would be. When I knocked over a plant, it picked up every last speck of dirt on my table and floor. It even has a brush on the bottom that'll pick up loose hair, too. I usually keep it on my desk because it looks super cute there and it helps me clean up small messes, as soon as they happen.

Some of my cooking pans are a little old and the non-stick coating is long gone. These scrapers make it infinitely easier to get food off, so I don't have to soak them in soapy water after every meal. I've used them on my dishes and clay baking pans, too, and they've never left a scratch.

I used to think my oily combination skin would become more greasy if I used a facial oil, but I've learned the opposite is true. My skin loves this stuff. It gives me this beautiful glow and locks in my moisturizer, so I don't feel like I have to bathe my skin in face mist throughout the day. The drier parts of my face (my forehead and chin) are significantly smoother and flake free. It's become a staple in my beauty routine, because I actually notice a different on the days I don't use it.
