A few weeks ago, the CDC announced that fully vaccinated citizens in the US are no longer required to wear masks in social settings.
This sparked some funny jokes on Twitter, but also some serious thoughts, concerns, and questions about what it means to "return to normal" after a long year of quarantining.
Maybe you've been quarantining alone for over a year, and you're anxious about transitioning back into social settings (big or small) because you haven't been around people in a long time.
Or perhaps you can't imagine returning to work in an office after being at home with your kids for the past year because you've learned that the WFH flexibility makes you feel 100% less stressed.
Or maybe you really want to start dating again, but you're super hesitant because you're still unsure what a "safe" date looks like post-pandemic.
Whatever it is, we want to know. Share your mental health questions about "returning to normalcy" in the comments below (or in this Google Form if you want to remain anonymous) and an actual therapist will answer them.
