Tell Us Why It Was Important For You To Attend A Black Lives Matter Protest

We want to hear your stories.

Since the police killing of George Floyd last week, people in the US and around the world have been showing their solidarity for the Black Lives Matter movement by attending protests.

**Of course, attending a protest isn't the only way you can show your support for the Black Lives Matter movement.**

These protests have been very moving to watch, and if you're anything like me, you've been inspired to attend one because of the peaceful and effective messages behind them.

On May 31st, Stamford, CT, hosted a Black Lives Matter protest called Justice for Brunch, where the community peacefully marched from Harbor Point to the Stamford Police station. The message behind the protest was to march in peace, and bring attention to this important movement to an otherwise very affluent area in the US.
