    1. An exercise bike that conveniently folds up in half so you can use it wherever and then move for easy storage. The eight-tension system allows you to control the difficulty — and what I am basically saying here is, a solid living room workout is just a click away!

Reviewer image of the bike set up on the mat in the living room

The LED screen displays distance, calories burned, time, speed, pulse and scan.

"I bought this bike just as the pandemic was starting this spring, and it was a *great* choice. I put it together in nooooo time flat, with the help of a handy YouTube video (as suggested by one of the reviewers). And the fold-up size is great, but the bike is sturdy and has great features for the price! I love the cushioned seat, which is muuuuuch comfier than most exercise bike seats I've sat on." —Maitland Quitmeyer

Get it from Amazon for $169.99.

    2. An "Always Pan" — aka a pan that, spoiler alert, does it all. It's made to replace eight pieces of cookware so you can saute, fry, boil, sear, literally do it all, with just one pan.

Our Place "Always Pan" showing all of the different components, like the nesting basket, stay-cool handle, spatula, and lid
    Our Place

Comes with a beechwood spatula, custom stainless-steel steamer basket, modular lid, and of course, the pan.

"I love my Our Place pan. It's a beautiful sage color that isn't an eyesore on my stovetop. I also really love the steamer basket, which is great for frozen dumplings, and the nesting spatula. No more sauce and grease dripping from the spoon all over the counter!" —Melanie Aman

Get it from Our Place for $145 (available in four colors).

    3. Plant-based ice cream so creamy, you won't believe it wasn't made with dairy. Imagine this, you can have this nut- and dairy-free dream in a pint delivered right to your door!

Eclipse ice cream in different flavors

"I'm not sure how it's possible, but this is some of my favorite (dairy or non-dairy) ice cream ever. It's super rich and creamy, and just as ultra-flavorful as a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Right now, they're doing a limited-time series and collaborating with some talented chefs like Greg Baxtrom (Olmsted/Maison Yaki) and Trigg Brown (Win Son). My personal fave is the blackberry terragon that has actual bits of terragon in it! Yes, the chef series pints are a bit pricey, but all the proceeds go to the charity of the chef's choice, so it's a feel-good purchase you won't regret." —Bek O'Connell

Get a pint from Eclipse starting at $11.99.

    4. A pet hair removing glove to do clean-up wonders and get all of your fur baby's hair before it sheds and covers your couch...and clothes, and bedding, and literally everything you own.

    AnaMaria Glaven / BuzzFeed, Amazon

"My dog is perfect in every way but he has recently started to shed and I am finding that all my clothes are covered in his fur. (According to his vet, it’s common for Frenchies to go through more shedding in the fall and spring to make way for a new ~seasonally-appropriate~ coat.) I had seen this pet grooming glove all over the internet, so I figured I’d give it a try. And boy oh good boy, it genuinely works. The glove is super comfortable and using it couldn’t be more foolproof: just put it on and run your hands through your pet’s fur. That’s it! The silicone grooves pick up so much fur with ease. Like, my dog looks close to hairless. HOW is he shedding so much!?!? After a few runs, I found that I would have to remove fur from the glove before continuing (you can pick up the fur with your other hand or run the glove under some water — either works) but it’s no biggie. The silicone actually makes it really easy to keep this clean.

We got Rockie when he was 5 and he’d been riddled with skin issues and allergies, so I was pretty nervous to use anything that could potentially aggravate his conditions. However! Not only does this *not* bother his skin, but he….loves this. A lot. He starts snoring after exactly two run-throughs on his back. Also, his coat looks SO shiny after each use! TL;DR: this is one of those inexpensive add-ons that any pet owner should have on hand." —AnaMaria Glavan

Get it from Amazon for $7.99.

    5. The Secret Language of Birthdays — a guide that looks into each day of the year based off astrology and numerology. Not only does it dive into strengths, weaknesses, personal obstacles, but also provides advice and guidance.

Cover of "The Secret Language of Birthdays: Your Complete Personology Guide for Each Day of the Year" by Gary Goldschneider and Joost Elffers

"I actually bought this book out of my own curiosity and I love learning new things about all the people in my life — even things that they themselves haven't fully come to terms with yet. Each person has just a few pages about their birth date since there are 365 dates covered in this book so we can't go too overboard, but so far, I can see the connections being very accurate for the people I know." —Jasmin Suknanan

Get it from Amazon for $19.99, Bookshop for $32.20, or find it at your local library.

    6. A pass-the-time card game that'll end up providing hours of entertainment. It's made from the makers of UNO, so ~UNO~ it's gotta be good.

    Skip Bo card game

"I recently played this with my partner and his family (but it's great for two people!), and I got SO into it — apologies to the world if I'm extremely late to the ~game~ on this. But here's how you play, just in case: Each player has to create sequencing stacks of cards in ascending order (1, 2, 3, etc.). Easy enough, right? But you can only use your current hand of five cards — and people can (and should) strategize against you. When you don't have the right card, you have to add it to your 'stockpile,' which you *don't* want to build up. Whoever uses up all their cards first wins!" —Emma McAnaw

Get it from Amazon for $7.99.

    7. A lip stain for tinting your pout pretty in pink. Build up coverage for a bold lip, or give it a swipe for subtle color. This is what we call a purse staple, my friends.

Multiple bottles of Peripera's Ink Velvet lip stains in different red and pink shades

"I have this in several colors and always love how it colors my lips and lasts all day without me having to reapply because of the stain effect. It's flattering and you don't need to worry if the color is there. If your lips feel dry, just rub some lip balm over it — the color stays! You can also build up for intensity or swipe it once and blot for a natural-looking gradient stain." —Nusrat Sultana

Get it from Amazon for $9.99 (available in three shades).

    8. A pair of Allbirds Tree Dashers — your new favorite running shoe. It's crafted with natural materials that also make this shoe breathable, supportive, and just straight-up stylish.

Model running in the Tree Dashers in the mint green colorway

"Without access to the gym I had to push myself to learn to run while safely social distancing (which is NOT an easy feat). I’ve had multiple foot injuries (I’m very accident prone) so choosing the right sneaker has been a challenge. I’ve tried out manyyyy different pairs but the only ones that have truly won over my heart are the Allbirds Dashers. I got them in a stunning mint green color and get tons of compliments on them. They’re super supportive, lightweight, and have held up great against months of running outdoors. Honestly, I’m already looking into buying a second pair!" —Heather Braga

Get them from Allbirds for $125 (available in sizes 5-11 and nine colors).

    9. A hot sauce that's the perfect combination of sweet, sour, spicy *and* tangy. It's so good, you'll want to drench everything you eat in it.

El Chilerito Salsas Chamoy hot sauce on a paleta

"Chamoy is honestly one of my favorite flavors, I've had it on mango, in ice cream and drinks, on chips, and as part of my favorite candy. It's a spicy, peppery flavor that's most popularly used on top of fresh fruit. It. Is. So. Good." —Elena Garcia

Get it from Amazon for $8.25.

    10. A nourishing lip balm you can wear as an overnight lip mask or just for a daily dose of hydration. It's packed with honey, plant oils, and shea butter so say goodbye to chapped lips, and hello to all-day suppleness.

Nuxe Reve De Miel honey lip balm

"Nuxe's Rêve de Miel lip balm is truly holy grail-tier IMHO. I bought my first pot at a pharmacy in Paris after hearing British beauty bloggers rave about it — and it did not disappoint. It's quite thick when you first apply but it literally melts on your lips when you rub it in. It feels hydrating without being sticky, and a little goes a long way. My lips are basically never chapped — not even in the middle of winter — thanks to this dreamy lip salve. I'm pretty sure Nuxe stopped selling this in the US, so we are truly blessed that Amazon carries it. (Seriously, I love this lip balm so much that I accepted two pots of it as payment for house-sitting for a month.)" —Melanie Aman

Get it from Amazon for $24.

    11. A grooming kit with 19 trimming attachments to give you everything you need for at-home haircuts and all your beard-tending needs.

Comes with electric shaver, five shaving/trimming tools, two body guards, two fading hair combs, four hair guards, and six beard and stubble guards.

"After a reasonable amount of research, I picked up this grooming kit to maintain my beard and the back of my neck between haircuts. But since I'm taking my hair appointments at home right now, I'm putting almost all of these attachments to the test (yes, even the nose hair trimmer). The battery life is fantastic so I never have to really worry about it cutting out mid-shave. Light, ergonomic, quiet, and easy-to-clean, just like the man who uses it!" —John Mihaly

Get it from Amazon for $54.97.

    12. An electric bottle opener because those wine bottles aren't going to open themselves. With this speedy thing, you can quickly remove a cork with minimal effort. Now that you love to see.

Promising reviews: "I love this thing! It's made opening bottles a million times easier. No more chunks of cork in my wine!" —Bek O'Connell

"My goodness...I have FINALLY found a wine bottle opener that works perfectly!!! This grammy doesn't always have the strength to use other wine bottle openers and this Oster bottle opener is that LAST wine bottle opener I'll ever have!!! Thank you, Oster!!! You know what you're doing...AWESOME! Thank YOU!!!" —QV

Get it from Amazon for $19.99.

    13. A faux-leather ottoman that'll do it all: Provide storage, an extra seat or two, or — with a little DIY — even make a great spot for a litter box.

"Hi hello I have this and love it. I cut a hole on one side and use it as a hidden litter box in my apartment. There is plenty of room inside to store the box of fresh litter, a scoop, air fresheners, and the actual litter box. Even with all that stuff in it I'm able to place the litter box far from the entrance, meaning (with the help of litter mats I have at the bottom) no litter ever comes out onto my floor! I dig this item. A lot." —Mal Mower

Get it from Amazon for $49.99+ (available in five colors).

    14. A one-piece swimsuit for every mood. Birthday royalty? Check. Mermaid fierceness? Double check.,

"My best friend and I purchased this suit (I got the blue 'mermaid' one/she got the pink 'rosé all day; one) and IT IS AWESOME. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. BUT! I do suggest ordering one size up." —AnaMaria Glavan

Get it from Amazon for $15.99+ (available in sizes S-XXL and 17 styles).

Promising reviews: "I have these sheets and they are fantastic. They're breathable, super soft, and come in a bunch of lovely colors." —Heather Braga

"Worth the price! These are absolutely the softest, most luxurious sheets I have ever felt. People say that they are thin, but I like that about them. Unfortunately, they have made me a sheet snob, and now nothing else feels very good. They are worth the price!" —JHL

The taste is light and super refreshing and they give me the perfect amount of energy for a full day at the beach (combined with plenty of plain-old water, of course)." —Mal Mower

The foam comes out like a mousse, and you can be incredibly generous whether you use it on your roots or ends. Then, rub it in and it dries immediately!" —Victoria Vouloumanos

I still continue to shop here whenever I'm buying gifts for my friend's housewarming or when I feel like decorating my room more! The best part is this store has a buy two, get the third print free deal!" —Sarah Lee

    The Lip Bar

"I use The Lip Bar's matte liquid lipsticks often and the formula is truly incredible. It hardly budges at all throughout the day, the pigment is bomb, AND it doesn't dry out my lips at all — which is really difficult to find in a matte lipstick." —Kayla Boyd

Get it from The Lip Bar for $13 (available in 17 colors).

One of the sets was for my sister, who I'm quarantining with, so I got to see the cuteness in action — she's already added one to her very intensely curated laptop sticker collection and is still deciding where to put the other two, since they're way too cute to use lightly!!" —Emma Lord

Get a set of three from AlliexPrints on Etsy for $5.

    25. A Monster Calls — a beautifully dark YA novel about a little boy who has to cope with his mother's illness and the monsters, real and not, that come with it.

Cover of "A Monster Calls" by Patrick Ness
    Walker Books

"This story is based on an idea by Siobhan Dowd that she couldn't expand upon due to her death. Patrick Ness instead wove it into this cathartic tale. It's one of my most favorite books of all time so I may sound biased but just hear me out. Though marketed as a middle-grade/YA book, I think this is something for all ages and a must-read for everyone, children and adults. The black and white illustrations add a stunning visual touch to the story. The writing is lovely and the story takes on heavy topics like grief, growing up, loss, and facing your fears in a way that feels light but also hits you right in the gut at the same time. It seems like I'm not the only one who cried reading this so be prepared. With tissues." —Nusrat Sultana

    Unbound Merino

"I too once thought that I didn't need a merino wool T-shirt in my rotation, but then I put one on my body. It's so soft! And I didn't feel like a sweaty mess either. My brother *also* had the chance to accidentally give one of these shirts a go when my laundry got mixed up with his in quarantine. He too is a big fan now and once I gave him the go-ahead to wear it 'til the next time I see him he texted 'THIS IS SOFT.' And we call that the Walt Lilly stamp of approval." —Elizabeth Lilly

Get it from Unbound Merino for $68 (available in men sizes S-XXL and seven colors).

    27. An Urban Decay setting spray to keep your makeup picture-perfect throughout the day. Humidity, you don't stand a chance.

"I use this spray and will swear by it for the rest of my days. I definitely have oilier skin in the summer months and over the years, I've tried a number of drugstore setting sprays that did absolutely nothing. This spray is worth the extra coins. Get it from Sephora for $15+ (available in three sizes).

    28. An actually comfortable face mask ideal for all of those outdoor runs and workouts you've been dying to get after.

BuzzFeed editor Emma Lord wearing Etsy mask in white
    Emma Lord / BuzzFeed

"I recently bought a five-pack of these, and they are not playing with the shipping times — it reached me in three days! The material is pretty thin, so I'd actually double them up or wear them under a mask to be extra cautious about going into a store or an area where I'm not confident I can keep a social distance, BUT on its own it is excellent for socially-distanced outdoor exercise and running." —Emma Lord

Get a five-pack from Dutch Label Shop on Etsy for $9.75 (available in black and white).

    29. An aromatherapy balm stick formulated with bees wax, a variety of warming scents, and essential oils to help you relax, focus, and drift off into a sweet slumber.

Get it from Amazon for $24+ (available in six scents).
