Did Kanye Just Delete A TMI Tweet About Kim?

Would you flip out if your boyfriend tweeted this? WARNING: Vulgar language.

Someone got a screenshot of a tweet that Kanye West tweeted then deleted minutes later last night. Since we didn't see the tweet ourselves, we can't 100% verify that he really tweeted it. But....... EW.

Supposedly, he tweeted this last night then deleted it:
