Loch Ness Monster Proved Real Due To Woman's Lack Of Confidence In Husband

A man recently captured film of the alleged creature on his phone.

Richard Collis, 58, was driving along the west side of the Loch Ness when he captured this footage on his phone.

The video, uploaded yesterday, has audio of water movement — but, suspiciously, no Nessie calls.

"As I was watching, I was thinking, What the hell is that!" Collis said (according to the transcript provided along with the video).

"I don't really believe in anything like that until I see it," Collis continued, "but what I saw was obviously what the Loch Ness Monster is." This is true, in so far as the Loch Ness monster is always depicted as a fuzzy long black shape coming out of the water.

As to whether or not Collis could have hoaxed the sighting, his wife, Vibeke, kiiiind of insinuates he's probably too stupid? "I knew he could never set that up," she negged. "He's not very technical or not very computer wise either."

"I can't believe that my husband managed to get this," she added. My husband. *MY* husband.

    Here's Nessie as a gif.

And here she is closer up with a circle around her.

    Hmm, yeah. Nice.
