I always have hot lemon and honey. You literally squeeze like half a lemon into a large mug and add a TON of honey then fill the rest of the mug with hot water. Mix together. Drink. Feel better

I was a vegetarian for six years and a pescatarian for two years before that. Going back to eating meat it upset my stomach. Almost seven years later and my digestion still doesn’t do well with red meat (I’m thinking of going back to being a pescatarian). It is a pretty common reaction.…

I’m an identical twin and my parents painted a nail. I look at pictures of us when we were little and I have no idea who was who. Around age five is when I can start picking us out from pictures.
