    Now, do this whole circuit four times, witch each exercise lasting 15 reps:

    Get that heart rate up with some mountain climbers.

    Next, light that booty up with some squats.

    Don't forget about those arms with some tricep dips.

    Finally, get that core going with some ab tucks.
