You're usually the one who ends your relationships. You know yourself well enough and you've had enough experience to know what you want from a relationship — and you especially know when it's NOT going to work out. You're willing to give people a chance and look past their flaws, but you're not going to waste someone's time when you know it has to end.

You do the dumping

You have a very particular idea of what you want out of a relationship, and you don't have the patience to stay with someone who doesn't fit it. The problem is that nobody's perfect (not even you!) and you might be too quick to ditch a relationship instead of trying to find a way to work it out. That's not to say you shouldn't have standards, but you can sometimes be too rigid with your expectations.

You're usually the one who gets broken up with. Your issue is that you always try to fix what's wrong, even when it's clear that the relationship can't be fixed. Plus, you know how bad it feels to get dumped and you hate the idea of hurting anyone. You're still learning to put yourself first sometimes, but you're getting there.

You get dumped

With every relationship, you hope that THIS one will be The One. That means that sometimes you project all of your hopes and expectations onto someone without considering them as an individual and your relationship as a unique experience. They end the relationship, even though if you were honest with yourself, you may have realized it wasn't working.

When it comes to who ends your relationships, it's pretty much 50/50. You don't stay in relationships longer than necessary, but you've still had your heart broken a few times.

You equally get dumped and do the dumping

To you, it certainly FEELS like you're always the one to get dumped, because you still remember the pain and anguish you went through when your heart was broken. But if you think about it, there are several times when YOU ended things with someone you just weren't feeling it with — the difference is that you felt RELIEF after those breakups, so you feel those experiences so deeply.
