To look at you, people would think you don't have any insecurities or worries — you're affable, kind, and generous. But underneath it all, you're actually analyzing and re-analyzing every situation, poring over your behavior to determine how to act the next time. You know that the only way to improve is to honestly examine your mistakes, so you like to analyze situations in which you've faltered so you don't do the same thing again. But this sometimes means you look for mistakes in _every_ situation, even ones that have gone well. You worry that you spend so much energy on analyzing that you don't spend enough time truly _enjoying_.

You act confident, but secretly, you're overly analytical

You don't want a lot out of life — you just want to make enough money to live in an okay place, pay your bills, and just live a nice, quiet life. You're not after countless promotions and raises, just enough to be comfortable. But you see friends and colleagues chasing after their big dreams and you wonder if you're expecting too little of yourself. Are you selling yourself short? But everyone's dreams look different, and a lot of people who have chased their dreams and gotten them often wish for the small, quiet life that you yourself want.

You worry that you should be more ambitious than you really are

You have a lot of goals and dreams, and while they may be lofty, you would really love to achieve them. However, you're insecure about your talent, and you're worried that people may laugh at you for your efforts. But simply trying and getting the job done is a huge achievement in itself, and there are plenty of people who criticize without ever having accomplished anything themselves. You won't succeed if you don't try, and it's definitely worth a shot.

You're ambitious but insecure

You're a people pleaser and you want others to like you, which is why you're always ready to give a helping hand when someone asks you for a favor. However, sometimes (or even oftentimes) you agree to help people even when it puts you at a disadvantage, or when you're just not up for it. You're still learning that it's okay to be a little selfish once in a while, and that you're allowed to say "no" to people.

You have trouble putting your needs first

The thing is, you're pretty good at conversation, and you love to laugh with your friends — hell, you can get rowdy sometimes. But oof, all of that drains you of your energy, and you need a good amount of time alone to recharge. While others might think you're extroverted, you actually spend a lot of time in your own head, and you wouldn't operate nearly as well if you didn't get some time to yourself.

You're more introverted than people realize

There are times when you put 100% of yourself into your goals, but after a while, you burn out and find it difficult to put in _any_ effort at all — and then you often undo all the previous progress you made. You need to learn how to try a LITTLE, and work a LITTLE hard, without burning up so much of your energy and motivation. Stop trying to do and know everything at once, and remember that slow progress is still progress.
