    18. A 60 minute visual timer for anyone who has trouble focusing and needs a visual reminder that time is passing by while performing daily tasks at home, school, or work. Just set a time, and get back to work!

    BuzzFeed

I have ADHD and have used various tools throughout my education to keep me organized and on-task. This is one of the best. I personally set 30 minute increments for any given task, an hour becomes too much time and I get side-tracked. It’s not that I must finish my task in 30 minutes, but rather I am kept aware of time passing in the first place and that helps me stay focused. The red film that disappears is a necessary visual representation of time that really makes this clock better than just a timer on my phone. I keep it within view and whenever I feel my mind trailing off I can quickly glance up and say, “oh wow that was 10 minutes of distraction, better get back into it."

Get it from Amazon Cnaada for $34.36.

    19. A sea sickness wristband so you can finally be better at existing out on the ocean. You can go deep sea fishing, sail off the coast of Greece, and take a Disney cruise without throwing up every time!

    Amazon / Via amazon.ca

It works by the white dot that forms a ball on the inside of the bracelet which puts pressure on the nerve in your wrist that communicates to your brain that you're nauseous. It disrupts that message!

Get two wristbands from Amazon Canada for $12.95.

You thanking yourself in the near future
