When you look at your life, you're think you're doing pretty well, but you secretly think you just got lucky. You're sure that any day now, people will realize that you don't know what you're doing. You have to remind yourself that everyone feels that way sometimes, and that you've worked hard to get where you are.

You're worried that you don't deserve any of your success

No matter how hard you work, you don't feel like it's ever enough, especially when it seems like all your friends and colleagues are reaching huge milestones. You're scared you're going to be left behind, and it can be intimidating to think of all the work you still want to do. At the same time, you're grateful to be surrounded by such inspiring people who push you to be your best.

You're worried you aren't achieving enough

You're not anti-social, but in big social situations, you feel small and out of place. You'd much rather have more intimate conversations with a small, carefully cultivated group of friends. It's not so much that you're introverted — it's more that you find big groups overwhelming and you don't really see the point.

You prefer spending your time with just one or two specific people

You like to make other people happy, and you frequently take on tasks and perform favours that can stretch you a bit thin. But when you _do_ take some time to recharge, you experience some serious FOMO, and you worry that you're being selfish. You try to remember that everyone needs time alone sometimes, and anyone who takes offense to that isn't worth your time anyway.

You feel guilty when you need to take time for yourself

You know it's important to be confident in yourself, but you can't stop yourself from worrying about what other people think of you. No man is an island, right? You know you'd feel freer if you could shake off the expectations of other people, but you don't like letting other people down. You enjoy making people happy, even if that means making sacrifices sometimes.

You wish you didn't care about other people's opinions so much

You have big dreams and high expectations of yourself, which means that stressful situations hit you especially hard, and you wonder how you can possibly achieve everything that you want. It's because of this that you value your truly close friends and family who will let you vent your frustrations, and they can help talk you down from edge.

You're feeling a little worn down by everything
