Yep, that's "Ho Hey", the 2012 mega hit that featured on TV shows Bones, Catfish, Hart of Dixie and The Vampire Diaries, as well as the movie The Silver Linings Playbook.

And the band is the Grammy-nominated The Lumineers, who we all forgot about after the release of their self-titled debut album four years ago.

We went about our lives, forgetting we once knew how to sing to lyrics as sweet as these.

We listened to our BFF and fellow pizza lover Jennifer Lawrence sing "The Hanging Tree" without realising it was written by none other than The Lumineers.

We forgot about the Lumineers-shaped hole in our lives until today, when the band posted a rather mysterious clip on Facebook, seemingly hinting at new music.

Posted sans caption, the clip is a 12-second close-up on a Fender amp. A short acoustic riff can be heard in the background.

Now we've all been reminded of what we've been missing all these years and the wait is all the more painful.
