Roasted Rack Of Lamb With Mascarpone Potatoes

Ingredients

Rack of lamb

•Rack of lamb (6 bone) 1

•Salt 1 teaspoon

•Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon

•Black pepper (crushed) 1 teaspoon

•Yogurt 4 tablespoon

•Olive oil 5 tablespoon

Potatoes

•Boiled potatoes (mashed) 1 cup

•Mascarpone 4 tablespoon

•Salt ¼ teaspoon

•Black pepper one pinch

•Olive oil 2 tablespoon

Method

Rack of lamb

1.Take a large bowl or tray and marinate rack of lamb with salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper and yogurt. Let it stay for 40 min

2.Take a frying pan and put olive oil in it and then roast lamb with oil so it does not stick to the pan

3.Properly cook it until lamb is well done it will take 30- 45 min.

Potatoes

1.Take mashed potatoes pan and add olive oil. Stir fry potatoes then add mascarpone in it

2.Seasoned it with salt and black pepper

3.Serve rack of lamb with mashed mascarpone potatoes.
