@c449114c2a Have you read "Radical Acceptance: Awakening the Love That Heals Fear and Shame"? I grew up in fear of my parents and have found this book incredibly helpful. Even if you skim through it and just do the meditations you might get some use out of it.

Then Olsen did a good job. The directors had her character slowly reduce her accent over time to show she was losing it (living in the US in Civil War) then actively trying to hide it (when on the run in Infinity War).
