LOL have these people tasted fruit? They have to realize how much sugar is in any given fruit? Fructose = simple carbohydrates. Although they are natural, they still break down to carbohydrates and ultimately whatever your body doesn’t need or use in the digestion process turns into fat (the natural fiber in fruits helps slow digestion down but that’s if you are taking in the recommended amount). So, eating—say— watermelon (w/ one of the highest sugar contents of any fruit) only is NOT good for you. You would technically be taking in like 300% of your daily recommended sugar intake.
