How To Look Like Steph Curry To Your Next Employer
Competency-based hiring has become the hottest trend that aims to bridge the gap between education and employment, notably with millennials. Although new competency models are helping employers identify new hires with the competencies they are seeking, the larger problem is whether employers can retain and engage this new found talent?
