There Is A Museum Specifically Designed For Taking Selfies And Touching The Art

Pack up your selfie sticks and head to Art In Island in the Philippines.

Ever since selfie sticks caught on, museums and other tourist attractions worldwide have made a point of banning them.

But one museum in Manila is taking a different approach.

Some are calling Art In Island, which opened in December 2014 with about 200 interactive 3D exhibits, "the world's first selfie museum."

"Whenever you visit an art museum, you are always expected to just look around quietly," the museum's Facebook page reads. "You are not allowed to touch anything nor take pictures. You don’t even have a single proof of you being there."

Museumgoers are free to hang out with this camel.

Or get inside this snow globe.

Or touch up the Mona Lisa.

No one here yells at the visitors to keep their hands off the artwork.

Finally, a museum everyone can enjoy.
