View this photo on Instagram Now, in response, Instagram has updated their guidelines to allow breastfeeding selfies on its site. View this photo on Instagram The new rules state that images of "women actively breast-feeding" are now allowed. View this photo on Instagram Also permitted: Women sharing post-mastectomy scars. View this photo on Instagram And "Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too." View this photo on Instagram Still not allowed: "sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully nude buttocks." View this photo on Instagram The new guidelines also have a clause meant to protect photos of children against unauthorized use.
