This Billboard In Pittsburgh Is Completely Controlled By Internet Strangers

Users can submit captions to be put up for an entire month.

1. The Last Billboard is a project curated by Jon Rubin where anyone can submit a caption to be put on a billboard in Pittsburgh, PA (on the corner of Highland and Baum.)
