Crashed Plane Saved By Ferris Wheel
The Manning Times reported, "A pilot and passenger spent more than two hours stuck in a ferris wheel after their plane crashed into the ride at the Old Bar Beach Festival" in regional New South Wales, Australia. "Two children – a nine-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl - were on the fun ride at the time but miraculously escaped injury."
Shark Takes Oz Diver
An abalone diver has been taken by sharks while diving south of Perforated Island near Coffin Bay. Police say the diver was returning to the surface on Thursday afternoon when two sharks, believed to be Great Whites, attacked him.
