Kim Kardashian Talked About How She's Had "Such A Challenging Year," In The Wake Of Her Split From Kanye West

    “This year has been challenging."

Kim Kardashian hasn't officially commented on her impending divorce from Kanye West, but she did just talk about how "challenging" this past year has been for her.

She called it "a huge cleanse," saying on Good Morning Vogue that this year has been "a huge opportunity for [her] to really be grateful for the simple things and that is a huge [awakening].”

One of the things she's so grateful for is all of the family time she's had in the midst of the pandemic and her split from Kanye West.

It's worth noting that some of that family time Kardashian enjoyed was in violation of the stay-at-home order in Los Angeles — not to mention there was that private island birthday party she threw for herself in the middle of the pandemic that rightfully received a ton of backlash.

"I always try to look at things in a positive way," she said. "Even though it has been such a challenging year, it’s a time to regenerate, get creative, spend so much time with family, and just this time I’ve been able to spend with my children has been priceless. That part has been so beautiful.”

Kardashian and West share four kids — North, Chicago, Psalm, and Saint — together. In February, the reality TV star filed for divorce from her husband of nearly seven years.

Since they separated, Kardashian has been sharing a series of family photos on Instagram. And you can bet the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will address her breakup with Kanye.
