If you find it impossible to just choose one, you're in for a real treat.

In Piedras Negras, Mexico, the food stand Pikositos sells all types of snacks, but the jewel in their crown are their "chorreados."

What you're looking at here is called chorreados: corn salad (aka esquites) ON TOP OF corn on the cob (aka elotes) ON TOP OF nachos. And ALL OF IT is covered in cheese.

While chorreados were invented in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, they were perfected in Piedras Negras.

There are some who even say that Piedras Negras is the birthplace of nachos.

Sure can. Here's a whole bowl of it right on top. It's a little dip from paradise.

"Ah, but I'm going to get dirty."

Go ahead and get dirty. Getting cheese on your face is like getting battle scars. Wear them proudly.
