    1. A bottle of Hope's Perfect Sink Cleaner and Polish whose powers lies in its three R's: It'll 1) restore your sink with a shine that'll make it look brand new, 2) remove tough water and rust stains without leaving behind ugly scratches, and 3) repel water to make future cleaning even easier! This stuff works great on brushed stainless steel, cast-iron, porcelain, Corian, and composite surfaces.

A customer review photo showing the before and after results of using the sink cleaner

Promising review: "Are you embarrassed for friends, relatives, and your mother-in-law to see your kitchen sink? Is your sink situation affecting your well-being? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, you may be in luck. Hope's Perfect Sink provides relief to those afflicted with sink stain shame. I spent about 10 minutes cleaning and polishing (note that it does take some elbow grease) and I now have a sink that I can be proud of. As a matter of fact, I find excuses to walk past my sink several times a day just to admire the shine. Even if my wife and kids roll their eyes whenever I talk about my sink-polishing adventures, I think they secretly love it too. If your sink is in need of some love, just shell out the bucks and buy a bottle of this stuff. You won't regret it." —Rick B

    2. Some Ecotools Makeup Brush Cleansing Shampoo that'll make it easy to get rid of the gunk that's been hanging out in your brushes for way too long while also conditioning old applicators to return bristles and sponges to their original, gentle form in just minutes!

Reviewer's before and after of their makeup sponges dirty and then totally clean

Plus, it's all natural and cruelty free!

Promising review: "So don’t judge, but I had never really thought about cleaning my makeup brushes before. I would just use them for awhile and then throw them out and buy new ones which gets expensive. So, I’ve been breaking out and couldn’t really figure out what could be the cause until I read an article about dirty makeup brushes and how nasty they can be for your skin. How had I never thought of that!? So I ordered this stuff and went to town on my brushes. Let me tell y’all, I was pretty disgusted by how much came out of each of the brushes and surprised at the total change of color after they were cleaned. I was worried this cleaning was going to ruin the brushes but they are better now than they were prior to the cleaning. The smell is good and light and worked very well. Definitely recommend!" —Madison

Reviewer uses the squeegee to wipe away bacon grease

Promising review: "If you have ever had to repair or replace a garbage disposal, then I am sure you have been lectured on basically only allowing crumbs to fall into the disposal. This dish squeegee makes prepping dishes for a dishwasher or sink washing a breeze. I hold the dish over the trash can and after a few swipes, the dish is ready for washing. In comparison to using a paper towel, it saves you money, helps protect the environment, and keeps your fingers free from gunk." —She Who Reads

    4. A jar of the Pink Stuff paste, which has reached cult-favorite status for being great at removing stains, rust, discoloration, and other stubborn marks from metal, ceramic tiles, saucepans, barbecues, and much more without leaving behind any scratches!

Promising review: "Say what?! It works??! YOU GUYS!!! My daughter decided the world is her canvas. Her medium: crayons. Almost every door and wall in my rented home is covered. I've tried everything, and my arms are super buff from scrubbing, all for nothing. I saw the Pink Stuff on a Pinterest post and thought I would check it out here on Amazon. I thought, 'well, it looks like it'll work, and if not, it's not expensive and it can't damage my walls anymore than they already are.' I am NOT disappointed! I used a damp microfiber cloth, scooped it up, and wiped it on the walls. I kid you not when I say it just wiped off!! My husband's mouth fell open and I happily did my entire hall 🤣. Seriously, get it." —Sarah B.

    5. A universal dust cleaning gel miraculously able to get to those nearly impossible to reach nooks and crannies in your keyboard, car vents, printer, and other appliances. It's weirdly fun to use, has a pleasant lemony smell, and is nonstick so you won't have any gooey residue left behind!

It's made of biodegradable material, and you can use it again and again until the color turns dark! That's when you know it's time for a replacement. Also, don't wash the cleaning gel in water.

Promising review: "I was skeptical at first. Was afraid my keyboard would be all gummed up with yellow slime! The opposite happened; it cleaned it as good as new. Got all those dog hairs between the keys! No smell lingering on keyboard or my hands. No sign I even used it except a clean keyboard. Kind of fun to play with. Squeeze it between your fingers! LOL. My next task for it will be those dust return air vents on our heating system and my dusty window blinds. This stuff works and I highly recommend!" —ZZZZZZ

    6. An adjustable duster brush ingeniously designed to help you get rid of all that dust hanging out on your window blinds, fans, and air conditioners without breakin' a sweat!

This handy-dandy tool comes with five microfiber cloths, meaning you'll be able to clean your whole darn house in one sweep.

Promising review: "I got more excited about this find than is probably normal! This product is AMAZING! Everyone should own one. I've been using a Swiffer duster to clean my blinds. I have to clean one side, then the other, and there is always STILL dust left behind. This product is a game changer. You can clean both sides of two blinds at once and grip them firmly to get ALL the dust off. Plus, it comes with 5 covers, so no matter how dirty your blinds are you should still be able to finish the whole house! I also love that you can wash the covers, so there is no money wasted on refills. I'm buying a second one in case it gets broken and one for my mom!" —Sarah

A reviewer's green scrubbing cloth on the edge of their sink

Just hang it from your faucet — it has an elastic loop just for that purpose. Also, you *can* use it for non-stick pots and pans!

Promising review: "I will say first, these feel so strange!!! They are super thin and rough feeling. I wasn't convinced at first, especially since I bought these specifically to clean my new nonstick pots. I was concerned that they would be too rough on the pots, but that's not the case at all! They do an awesome job and are just rough enough to get the job done without harming the non stick layer. Also, they are so much cleaner than a sponge! They don't get food caught in them and they never smell. Because of their super thin breathable material they dry quickly and don't mildew. They also come with nifty little loops so I keep mine hanging from my sink faucet where I can grab it easily. I definitely recommend these. They are definitely worth the price." —Elizabeth Casoria

    8. Watermark-removing cloths here to save the day if the people sharing your home seem to have never heard of an obscure little concept called "using a coaster."

Promising review: "This removed the most stubborn watermark on earth! My desk had three very obvious rings from where hot mugs had been left unattended, and despite trying everything that was recommended online, nothing worked to reduce their appearance. This cloth must have some miracle oil in it because it removed the rings when nothing else would, and they haven't come back. Be sure to really rub the cloth over the watermark (it may take some time, but it's worth it!), and save the plastic bag that it comes in just in case you need it again." —Trini

Get them from Amazon for $7.97.

    9. A dryer lint brush that makes it so much easier to remove lint and dust buildup around the house. Plus, removing blockage from refrigerators, dryers, and other vents can help keep your electric bill from going through the roof and prevent dangerous fires.

reviewer photo showing the dryer lint brush next to a pile of dust and lint on their dryer

Promising review: "Work perfectly for scrubbing the stuck lint out of the insides of your dryer. Everyone who owns a dryer should have these, they're basic safety equipment. Clean that lint, and reduce fire hazard and make the machine more efficient. They're long enough, strong enough, and just flexible enough without being too flexible." —Winged Wolf

    10. A pack of dishwasher-cleaning tablets, because who wants to spend time loading up the dishwasher only for it to present you with dishes that are STILL dirty?? No thank you. Just pop these tabs in and let them do the job for you!

These tablets are designed to penetrate, dissolve, and remove odor-causing residue that accumulates inside your dishwasher over time, as well as remove lime and mineral buildup. Using Affresh tablets once a month can prolong the life of your dishwasher and make it more effective at doing its job: cleaning your dishes.

Promising review: "Works extremely well. We haven't done any cleaning on our dishwasher in five years, and the sliding dish trays were tough to pull out or push in, there was detergent buildup all over the inside, and there was a milky film on all our cups. I bought Affresh, ran the dishwasher with two tablets while it was empty, and the difference was astounding. There was still some build up and I figured it would require another cycle, so I popped another two tablets in, ran the machine a second time, and now it looks and sounds brand new. No more film on the glasses, no more dirty dishes from clogged sprayers, no more odors, or buildup around the door seals. I'm going to be buying Affresh from now on, and hopefully it will extend the life of my dishwasher." —Martoune

    12. A grout paint pen that works like a regular marker so that even the least handy person can easily cover up the years of dirt and grime keeping your bathroom from ever looking truly clean.

Promising review: "This stuff is amazing! After over 10 years of the grout not being cleaned, and a botched repair job, the bathroom floor in this house looked horrendous. Two pens covered the entire bathroom floor, with plenty leftover in the second pen, even with applying two to three layers (which you will definitely need as the paint is a bit thin and also absorbs into the grout). Super easy to apply, works exactly like a regular paint marker. Be sure to press the pen tip on a separate (thick) cloth to activate it before actually using on the grout so you don't end up with a huge mess on the tile when the paint floods out at first. If you see the first side of the tip is getting frayed, just pull it out and turn it around to the other side." —regalle

Get it from Amazon for $8.99+ (available with a wide or narrow tip).

    13. A powerful rust-removing spray — it dissolves rust on contact so you can simply wipe it clean *without* all that scrubbing you didn't feel like doing in the first place.

Promising review: "The photos speak for themselves. When we bought our home there was no water softener and years of iron build up. We tried so many things on our shower. Nothing worked. We were convinced we’d be stuck until we renovated the bathroom. The Iron Out worked wonders. I still can’t believe it. We had to let it sit for about an hour. It then dissolved and wiped right off. Definitely use in a ventilated area if possible." —M. Gilardi

Get it from Amazon for $4.97.

    14. A fume-free oven cleaner perfectly capable of tearing through years and years of baked-on crud so all you have to do is wipe it clean.

Left: A reviewer's dirty, grease-baked-on oven / right: The same oven, shiny and clean after using the cleaner

Promising review: "Magic in a can. I must be completely honest here, but I was shocked with this stuff. Imagine a family of four not cleaning an oven for two years. With so so much burnt-on grease and debris that a scouring pad didn't touch it, the glass was so dirty that you couldn't tell if the light was on. It was disgusting. So one evening after making dinner I let the oven cool down a bit and let loose with the easy off. I left it for 24 hours and was dreading cleaning it the following evening after work. I took a damp cloth and just wiped it clean — it removed everything. Couldn't believe it. Now my oven is more sparkly than ever. Am really happy with it." —MarkJ

Get it from Amazon for $6.88.

    15. A nonabrasive Bar Keepers Friend cleansing and polishing powder that'll magically remove the years of rust, tarnish, stains, and other buildup you've basically given up on trying to get off of your old cookware, sinks, cooktops, countertops, backsplashes, tubs, toilets, faucets, vehicles, grills, and much much more! Basically, if it's made of porcelain, copper, glass, tile, stainless steel, plastic, or brass — this stuff'll get it looking spick and span in no time!

reviewer before and after photo of pan with rust stains on left and less rust stains on right

Promising review: "We've all seen products that claim to be the 'best' at whatever they are intended for. All too often, we are sadly disappointed by a product that falls far short of these audacious claims. Bar Keepers Friend is not one of these products. While I'm no barkeep, I can honestly state that I am impressed with the cleaning power of this product. I've used it on my glass-top stove, on metal pots and pans, and even some of those heavily stained aluminum baking pans that tend to turn brownish after use. This product cleaned them all...and with very little effort on my part. I tend to sprinkle just a little on whatever I am going to clean and then using a clean paper towel or other nonabrasive cloth, with a bit of moisture, I then wipe the area until the stains lift up and out. A few extra passes to remove any remaining cleaning powder/product and I'm off to other chores. I seldom have to use this, but when I do, it is quick and efficient." —Steven M.

    16. An over-the-drain hair stopper if standing in a puddle of dirty shower water because your drain is clogged sounds like the opposite of a positive shower experience.

Split image of the reviewer holding the hair stopper in their hands and of the hair stopper surrounded by hair when placed over the drain

Promising review: "I've been very impressed! It's tall enough to fit easily over my pop-up drain and (even without suction cups) the weighted top keeps it in place. I have medium-length hair and seem to shed almost as much as my cat, but the drain protector catches it all and is easily removed and tossed away. Best of all, the silicone doesn't hold on to mildew or mold. I have been able to spray and wipe away any grime with very little effort. It looks like this drain protector will last a very long time. This has been a very worthy purchase!"—Suneimi

Get it from Amazon for $9.99.

    17. Or a drain clog remover if your hair/drain situation is already past the prevention stage, but hasn't quite yet reached what those in the industry refer to as a PLUMBING EMERGENCY. This declogger makes it super easy to clear your drain in mere seconds! No plumbing skills required whatsoever.,

Promising review: "When I pulled the orange plastic spiked strip from the package, I was immediately skeptical and felt like all those 5-star reviews were from people who exist in an alternate universe. I was tempted to initiate a return on Amazon but decided that I might as well gamble on a piece of $9 plastic before gambling $200 on a plumber. I slipped the plastic strip down my shower drain and literally FIVE SECONDS LATER I was pulling up gobs and gobs and gobs of hair. HOLY COW!!!!!!!! OHMYGOSH. I can't believe I still have any hair left on my head. SO MUCH REPULSIVE GUNK!!!! I saved my prize hairball on the shower floor to show my husband because I knew he would be as skeptical as I was. We both agree it looks like a small raccoon or a large squirrel lying helplessly on my shower floor. It's a grisly, messy, smelly, and oh so rewarding job." —Chocolate and Chips

    Get a six-pack from Amazon for $8.98.

    18. An easy-to-use jewelry-cleaning pen that'll make your jewels sparkle and shine like the day they were born.

Reviewer before and after image of a dulled ring made shiny again

Promising review: "If I could give this 10 stars I would! I'm a fanatic when it comes to keeping my jewelry clean, especially my wedding set. I tried this product on my diamonds, Swarovski crystals, and Brighton jewelry, and the results are nothing less than amazing! This restored one of my Swarovski rings that I had not worn in years due to the cloudy color to a sparkling brilliance just like the first day I bought it! I cannot recommend this product enough! I just ordered additional wands so I don't run out! Home run, Amazon!" —Kristina B.

A reviewer's unopened package of deep cleaning brushes

Promising review: "Get one set for the kitchen and one set for everything else to prevent cross-contamination. These brushes are a heavy-duty nylon bristle that outsmarts a cheap toothbrush for cleaning. The smaller one has a triangular head so it gets in between computer keyboard keys like a charm. And the bigger one is the perfect size for cleaning the window tracks when you open a window. The rubber spatula on the end of the smaller one in the set is great for digging gunk out of plastic that you don't want to scratch, like the drip tray in your refrigerator door. As a professional house cleaner of 25 years — these brushes are a MUST for every job." —Angela Brown

Reviewer before, during, and after images of a thermos using the tablets

Promising review: "I seriously can't believe how well these little tablets work. I had the most disgusting Hydro Flask coffee mug — I tried everything. A bottle brush, different kinds of soap, vinegar, EVERYTHING, and there was still a seemingly impenetrable layer of black sludge inside. I let a tablet sit in each of my mugs for an hour or two, and the black sludge rinsed out COMPLETELY, without even scrubbing. They look brand new. What a magical product. No weird smell or taste afterward, either. I liked it so much I used it on another Hydro Flask I use primarily to hold my Bloody Mary mix in the fridge. I couldn't put anything else in it because it would always taste like spicy tomato juice. Bottle Bright to the rescue! No residual smell or taste anymore. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING." —Amazon Customer

Well, I tried out this pumice stone after reading about it in a BuzzFeed article, and honestly the hype is real! I applied Goo Gone, scraped the majority of the adhesive and fibers off, then wiped off the remaining residue with a paper towel. I also used it to clean grease off of wood veneer cabinets using a paper towel, and it was so effortless! A roll of *super* absorbent and eco-friendly bamboo paper towels to banish recurring paper towel costs from your budget... while also cleaning up messes way faster than when you were using the disposable stuff. Plus, they're incredibly strong, and you can just pop 'em in the washing machine when they need a cleaning!

One roll of these will tackle a number of messes equivalent to 60 ROLLS of conventional paper towels.

Promising review: "I've had these bamboo towels for a month now and am incredibly impressed with their performance! They're much larger than a regular paper towel, thicker, softer and more absorbent. I've washed the first ones I've torn off the roll several times now and they DO survive the laundry and perform just as well afterward. I've only used five bamboo towels this month, washed them and re-used. Several times. I would have been through a whole roll of Brawny by now. One caveat...when you wash them, you're supposed to air dry them, so I haven't sent any through the dryer. And I haven't needed to, because allowing them to air dry has not affected the quality of the towels when I 're-roll' them!" —A. Clark

Promising review: "It did pass my first test! I did not expect to use this product a couple of days after I received it. Had a spill of red over one of my favorite shirts. I did try to remove the most dramatic area with water and soap right away; then I let this product sink in for half hour before washing and voilà it was all gone!" —Gerson Melgar

Just add water and vinegar, and place this gadget in the microwave for five to eight minutes on high heat. Afterward, wipe off with sponge, rag, or napkin, and all the grime will come right off!

Promising review: "I'm embarrassed to say I hadn't cleaned my microwave in about six months. It's an awful task. I ran Angry Mama one time, wiped down easily, then ran it one more time to get it detailed really clean. Highly recommend using it more often than once every six months for a super-fast, super-clean microwave!" —Kelsey

Get it from Amazon for $7.33 (available in four colors).

    36. And finally, a stainless-steel soap bar capable of removing those strong odors like garlic and fish from your hands when a regular ol' bar of soap doesn't quite cut it. No need for fancy scented soaps! Just rub the bar between your hands like you normally would (with *or* without water) and it'll send those smells on their way in no time. You can also get it in fun shapes if you want!

Promising review: "Nobody likes smelly hands from working in the kitchen. And I have a volunteer job that involves working with animals that eat mouse and quail. There is nothing like the smell of mouse on your hand when you're trying to eat lunch. I originally got one of these as it is able to be used in a zoo facility since it is just steel and isn't something involving harsh chemicals that could harm animals. It has been working very well. Once I had success there, I bought three or four more as gifts for people who cook a lot and often cook with garlic, onions, meats, etc." —CamilleElise

Get it from Amazon for $7.99+ (also available in fish and garlic shapes *and* in mini or original sizes).
