These glittery jars are easy to make and can help you remember to take a moment for yourself to just breathe.
I used extra fine craft glitter for mine. Stir the glitter around, allowing the glitter to settle. Scoop any glitter out that may be floating at the top that didn't sink to the bottom. Tightly screw your lid on to the jar while trying your best to avoid getting air bubbles inside.
Make sure the jar is filled to the brim before screwing on the lid. I poured a little craft glue onto the lid around the crystal before screwing the lid on which helped reduce the amount of air bubbles.
Using mica powder ($10.99 for a set of 24 colors on Amazon) will give you a dense pearlescent cloud. It looks very much like a monochromatic version of the surface of Jupiter. The mica powder also stays suspended for much longer than the glitter, so you won't need to add any clear craft glue to the water. My mica jars took about 20-30 minutes to fully settle after shaking.
