The Mountain went through three changes throughout the series. Conan Stevens (left) was chosen for Season 1, Ian Whyte (middle) for Season 2, and Hafpor Julius Bjornsson (right) for Season 4.

What you didn't know was that he was originally a lord in King's Landing, originally played by David Michael Scott (left) in Season 1 and changed to Richard Dormer (right) in Season 3.

Rickard Karstark

He really wanted to kill Jaime Lannister, remember? Jaime killed his son while trying to escape. Well this Karstark was originally played by Steven Blount (left) in Season 1 and changed to John Stahl (right) for Seasons 2 and 3.

Othell Yarwyck
