    1. An easy-to-clean (phew) Oribel Cocoon three-stage high chair that'll grow with your child from six-months-old to three years. Folds up for easy storage and features six height adjustments and three reclining positions for feeding or napping.

White and light blue high chair with two gray wheels

Promising review: "LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I wish we would have gotten this when our baby boy was born. He is 18 months old now but outgrew his current high chair we received as a gift. This one is SO easy to clean! It looks great! It is substantial. And very sturdy. I have had no issues with it. I love how it is so customizable with all the different adjustments. I love the harness for safety purposes. It's definitely spendy which is the only con. But I am very happy with this purchase!" —MauiMermaid

Get it from Amazon for $215 (available in four colors).

    2. A set of four soft and squishy waterproof BabyBibi floating baby bath books with squeaky noisemakers inside for teaching color-coordination with super fun illustrations of animals, plants, fruits, and veggies.

Promising review: "These are super cute and our son loves to play with them during his bath. They float and have very clear colors and words. Very simple books but very enjoyable for baby. They don't take on water like a lot of other bath toys. They are soft as well so there is no chance of getting hurt if baby tosses them around or puts them in his mouth. Great buy!" —Marissa A.

Get it from Amazon for $15.99

    3. A handmade and hypoallergenic felt whale baby nursery mobile so babies can fall asleep and wake up to some super cute narwhals and belugas floating between the waves and the clouds above their crib.

Promising review: "This mobile is the star of my son's nursery! The quality is amazing. Every single stitch is perfect and overall is a beautiful piece. My 3-month-old loves looking at it and I've even noticed him smiling at it when he wakes up. Olya was very quick to respond to questions and made sure the mobile was exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough how wonderful this shop is!" —Krista McColl

Get it from By Emily Decor on Etsy for $124+.

    4. A pair of vegan leather Ten Little Everyday high top sneakers because your kid's first pair of kicks should be a little kick-ass and as any parent rushing to get the family out of the house will tell you, Velcro straps are a time (life) saver.

Baby high top sneakers with velro straps in gray with white trim
    Ten Little

Promising review: "We love this shoe — our second pair of Ten Little shoes and we will keep buying. The fit is great and my little one is so much more independent with these than other shoes. 10/10 - absolutely the best!" —Suzie A.

Get it from Ten Little for $44 (available in sizes 4–13 and four colors).

    5. A Miniware Little Foodie "My First Cutlery Set" made from 100% natural plant-based ingredients to introduce the concept of fine dining (or at least not eating with your hands) to your child.

Child's dining set including two plates, a bowl, fork, spoon, and bottle with straw

Includes cereal bowl, lid, sandwich plate, spoon, fork, sip cup, straw, and detachable suction foot with an airtight seal.

Get it from Amazon for $60 (available in three colors).

    6. A do-it-all Motorola full HD "Connectview 65 Plus" Wi-Fi video baby monitor with an over-the-crib mount for that top-down view of your baby along with the ability to scan the whole room with a digital pan and tilt. Or get up real close with the digital zoom.

Having tested quite a few baby cameras I can't understate the importance of having one that parents and caretakers can view through their smartphones. The Connectview 65 plus gives you that option (plus the standard handheld monitor). Remembering to charge your smartphone is so much easier than remembering to charge the baby monitor! The infrared night vision is so clutch for not having to bolt out of bed every time you hear the baby make a noise. That will actually get you some much needed minutes (maybe hours) or sleep back.

Get it from Walmart for $159.

    7. A multi-use silicone suction "Busy Baby" mat to attach baby's toys or pacifiers and prevent them from falling on the ground. Just think of the time that will be saved from having to constantly clean all the dirty things your child tries to put back in their mouth.

Promising review: "I keep this mat in my son's diaper bag to use when we go out to restaurants. It suctions to every table I've used it on without a problem and it's very strong and stays in place. The tethers are great for holding toys for your child to play with, but my son just loves playing with the tethers themselves. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who goes out to restaurants and doesn't want to put your baby's food directly on the table." —Amelia Yager

Get it from Amazon for $29.99 (available in two or four tethers and eight colors).

    8. A glass-framed baby handprint/footprint keepsake for designing your own precious memories with included gold paint, a paint brush, a name/date printing kit, and four interior color options. Just make sure to use it before the baby gets too big!

White frame with baby photos and hand and footprint

Promising review: "This is an excellent product, it’s extremely easy to put together. I bought it super late when my baby was 7 months, we had to cut the matting off on the clay side so that his entire footprint would show. Definitely do this when your baby is a newborn or very small. It was a very sweet moment when we pressed his hand and foot into the clay. You don’t want to miss out on that. Buy it." —Sadiyah Gafoor-Ali

Get it from Amazon for $18.96 (available in two colors).

    9. A nonallergenic, machine-washable, 100% organic cotton⁣⁣ Itsy Bitsy kids throw blanket so you can bundle your baby up in the stroller and, in time, tuck in your toddlers for some nap and/or snuggle time.

A lime green throw blanket with black bugs pattern
    YaYa & Co.

Get it from YaYa & Co. for $58.

    10. A power-reclining, spill-proof Nurture& nursery glider with a built-in USB charger and adjustable head support, because parents certainly need to be as comfortable and cozy as their babies during the overnight feedings.

    Gray plush glider chair

Got a chance to test out this super comfy nursery glider and I can't stress what an important piece of furniture this is going to be for new parents. So much time is spent in the first few months of your child's life feeding, rocking, soothing, and even snoozing with them. And a lot of that needs to be done while in a seated position. So shouldn't that chair be totally awesome? Spacious and supportive, this glider is a dream, especially with the adjustable head support feature (no more piling up random pillows). And best of all, the chair controls are on the outside making it harder for little fingers to find.

Get it from Nurture& for $899 (available in three colors).

    11. A reversible, water-resistant, indoor/outdoor Bblüv playmat so babies can safely navigate and play on hardwood floors as they learn to crawl, stand, walk, and, of course, run everywhere.

Baby model crawling on a multi-colored play mat

Promising review: "I was skeptical at first but I did my research and found this playmat on Insta. Don't skimp and buy something cheap that'll be replaced within a couple of weeks. GET THIS MAT FOR YOUR BABIES! It's soft, spill-proof, and the colors are vibrant." —Ci

Get it from Amazon for $74.99.

    12. An energy-efficient Coway Airmega 150 HEPA air purifier that cuts down on pollen, pollutants, and other allergens around the home, especially in the nursery.

What I love about this Coway Airmega air purifier, other than it's big boxy shape (which is oddly enough, a nice change of pace from most air purifiers), is the automatic mode, which senses the air quality in the room and then gets to work. The LED light even tells you how clean (or dirty) the indoor air is within about a 200+ foot radius. It's also quiet enough and nondescript that my son doesn't futz with it like everything and anything else plugged into the wall around our home.

Get it from Amazon for $148.72 (available in two colors).

    13. A mix-and-match SmartMax "My First Dinosaurs" magnetic building set for instant Jurrasic Park-like dino-building. As an added bonus, all SmartMax sets are compatible with each other!

Promising review: "The dinosaurs are cute and my one-year-old grandson loves pulling them apart and putting them back together. I thought they were fun too!" —Barb

Get it from Amazon for $21.99.

    14. A BPA- and phthalate-free, food-grade silicone, waterproof, adjustable fit Mushie silicone baby bib to keep as much food as possible from falling on the floor or getting all over your very hungry baby (and saving you from yet another clothing change after every meal).

An array of multi-colored silicon bibs

Promising review: "The best bib we've owned by far. Catches most things that my son drops while eating. The joke in our family is that we need these in adult sizes for certain members of our family, LOL. Great color selection. I keep one for the kitchen and one and the diaper bag." —Amazon Customer

Get it from Amazon for $12.99 (available in 26 colors).

    15. A Paperclip quilted diaper bag backpack that totally doesn't look like a diaper bag but still has "tons of storage space, insulated pockets, removable cubbies, and mesh bags for those loose items" as well as a much-needed changing pad.

Promising review: "This bag is amazing! Lots of compartments! It is very unisex so a man or woman can carry it around. It holds SO much and still retains its shape. I love the attached fold-out changing pad. So convenient when on the go. I say buy it, you will not be disappointed!" —Jess

Get it from Amazon for $159+ (available in two colors).

    16. A Haba rainbow ring wooden clutching toy made with an elastic band so the colorful pieces and be moved and made into different shapes. Just try keeping your hands off of it and let the kid play!

Child model holding multi-colored wooden toy

Promising review: "I got this for my 1-year-old daughter. It's a very high-quality toy, it has an elastic band going through it so that you can reshape it into a couple of different positions. So far this has been more entertaining for us than it has been for her. It is a good size though and fits in her hand very well." —Brandi's Family

Get it from Amazon for $14.99.

    17. A two-pack of hygienic silicone Comotomo baby bottles to "mimic breastfeeding" and to help reduce "bottle rejection and nipple confusion issues." Plus they don't make a loud noise when your child knocks them from the table to the floor.

Model's hands holding two baby bottles with lime green tops

Promising review: "I am a first-time mom and did my research on great bottles for your infants that are similar to the nipple and prevent gas or colic. The Comotomo bottles are outstanding! My son took to it at 2 months without any issues. He is now 4 months old and can still go back and forth with ease from breastfeeding to the bottle. The bottles are easy to clean. The texture is great, makes it easy for you and your baby to grip. The shape of the nipple on the bottle and how wide the area is doesn't allow my son to suck in a lot of air. This prevents a lot of painful gas." —Odette

Get it from Amazon for $23.99.

    18. A pair of Beats Flex wireless earphones that, yes, do actually have wires but work like any pair of in-ear buds with up to 12-hours of battery life, USB charging, and that quality Beats sounds at a supremely affordable price point. The most important part, though, is that they make it much harder for your baby to hide them on you (and they'll do that)!

Model wearing black Beats in-ear headphones

Listen, there is no faster way to lose (usually) one if not both of your expensive wireless earbuds than by having a small baby/toddler/child in your home. Whether they're in your ears or their little charging case, your kid will grab them and hide them on you, constantly. Or at the very least put them in their mouth. These Beats truly travel as a pair and won't get far because they wrap around your neck. As any new-ish parent will tell you, getting some rare time to listen to some tunes or podcasts is a treat. Don't waste a precious second looking all over the place for your earphones.

Get it from Amazon for $49.99 (available in two colors).

    19. An 18-pack of Hello Bello baby wipes, because while not the most glamorous of gifts, no new parent will reject extra baby wipes, especially these plant-based ones made with a 99%+ water formula. You never want to run out of these!

Six packages of Hello Bello baby wipes

Promising review: "Love these wipes! You get a total of 1,080 wipes! I’ll be ordering them every month!" —Alexis_Eveland

Get it from Amazon for $46.20.

    20. A super soft and huggable Gund Toothpick Asher Dragon plush stuffed animal sure to become your baby's best friends and dragged everywhere they go.

Blue stuffed dragon with sparkly wings and horns

Promising review: "I bought this little guy as a gift but my son loved him so much we ended up keeping him! He is so soft and cuddly! We love Gund and their line of 'toothpick' animals." —morgan Vandee

Get it from Amazon for $19.95.

    21. A Boppy nursing pillow to help not only with feeding but also propping babies up, moving them into tummy time, and helping them sit upright. That's one hard-working pillow.

A model using a white nursing pillow with animal character to feed a child

Promising review: "I wasn't sure when I purchased this as a first-time mom if I'd get a lot of use out of it. I would easily say it's an essential baby product now. It helped so much in the beginning with breastfeeding and cuddling with my newborn. I did find in the very initial newborn stages it was almost too fluffy but I quickly learned how to use it properly as she grew and never went back. Dad loved it too for cuddling with baby. It helped so much with tired arms and sore backs, fit nicely while sitting in a glider to rock baby to sleep. We even used it for propping her up for cuter pictures!" —Jessica

Get it from Amazon for $39.79.

    22. A foldable Munchkin nursery and toy UV sterilizer for killing up to 99% of germs and sanitizing your little one's favorite toys and stuffed animals as well as your phone in all of five minutes.

So I recently got a chance to test out this UV sterilizer, which is about the size of a breadbox. I wasn't sure what to think at first because, well, everything a toddler touches gets dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. But here's where it comes in handy. There are some toys that you can throw in the wash (but if its a favorite that's being taken away, that might cause a meltdown). There are also some toys that get waterlogged and need to be carefully cleaned. And then there are times when you just sick of using another disinfecting wipe. So now you've got another option that doesn't take long at all and will leave your child's toys germ-free and ready to pick up brand-new germs.

Get it from Amazon for $129.99.

    23. An Angelcare baby bath support, because it's hella hard to clean squirmy little babies. Also, it's mildew-resistant and you can even hang it up in the shower to dry.

Side-by-side image of an empty white and gray bath support next to one with a baby inside being bathed

Promising review: "I originally purchased the Blooming Bath but it was difficult to use with a tiny newborn in our sink since it’s so deep. It took two of us to bathe him. I received this Angelcare bath today and we loved it. I was able to bathe my son by myself. It’s soft but structured so it kept him in place. I was worried he would slide out but it held him in a comfortable position very well. I liked that it’s perforated so I could fill the tub a few inches and it keeps him warm while also allowing the water to go through as I rinse him. Plus there’s no worry about mold or mildew with this product. Definitely recommend." —darksideoftheluna

Get it from Amazon for $19.78+ (available in three colors).

    24. A time- and life-saving formula dispensing machine for mixing and warming consistently perfect formula-based ba-bas in a matter of mere seconds.

Model putting bottle up to white and black formula machine
    Baby Brezza

Listen, listen, listen. Without hyperbole, the Baby Brezza has been one of my best investments for year one in babyland. Late-night feeds no longer become about fumbling, spilling, mixing, warming, and minutes later delivering a so-so bottle to a crying child. No, in seconds a measured and warm concoction is in hand and then in baby's mouth. Just add water to the tank and formula to the dispenser and serve bottles ranging between 2-10 ounces warmed to three different temperatures. The time, effort, and stress this wonderful machine has saved me from is emotionally immeasurable and worth the price tag. It even forces you to clean it after every four uses because that formula gets gunky and you get lazy.

Get it from Amazon for $199.99.

    25. A Skip Hop 3-Stage Interactive Activity Center packed with, well, a ton of activities which will grow with your child (and eventually turn into a play table).

Child model standing next to white activity table with colorful toys attached

We refer to this contraption as "the office" because it not only keeps our little guy busy (there are 25+ developmental activities crammed into this thing) but he looks like a boss as he swivels around in his 360-degree rotating seat. It's sturdy and boy does it taking a beating (especially that bouncy sheep). The beats from the piano aren't bad either. The best part about the Skip Hop 3-Stage Interactive Activity Center might be its bright but not loud color palette that won't completely clash with the rest of your furniture.

Get it from Amazon for $98.

    26. A lightweight (but powerful), wood-grained finish Douni sleep sound machine with 24 southing sounds for keeping kids fast asleep at home and while traveling.

A circular white noise machine with a wooden finish and a gray speaker on top

This was the third (maybe fourth) white noise machine I purchased for my baby/toddler's room and it's still getting the job after nearly a year. There's a lot of city traffic and a very busy intersection outside our apartment windows and the Douni masks all of it (except for the occasional blaring ambulance siren). The wood grain is a nice change of pace from all the other white, black, metallic gadgets populating our home. Super powerful sound too!

Get it from Amazon for $31.95.

    27. A Polaroid Originals "Mandalorian Edition" camera to capture "the child" in your life with some instantly-tangible pictures to hang on your fridge. Plus, it kind of looks like a Star Wars droid when you look at the camera head-on.

Promising review: "I will admit that I had my doubts about the idea of 'new Polaroid' but this camera is awesome. The pictures are the same 'shockingly good for instant' quality I remember. For real, I found an old Polaroid photo from the 1980s and put it next to a new one I took this weekend, and the only visible difference was that the person in both photos was about 30 years older." —Nicole

Get it from Amazon for $119.99.

    28. A four-pack of Bazzle Baby bandana bibs with cotton in the front, fleece in the back, and a BPA-free silicone soother on the end to keep all that drool contained (because it goes everywhere).

Promising review: "These made the perfect gift for my 3-month-old nephew. He started teething (teeth came in at 4 months) but he started drooling early on. When he started wanting to chew, the bib was perfect. He is now 7 months old and it's been great for teething and for food time as well. Bibs are well-made, easy to clean, and baby-approved." —Terri Marie

Get it from Amazon for $19.99.

    29. A 100% organic-cotton Happiest Baby "Sleepea" five-second swaddle that's billed as "escape-proof" thanks to "extra-quiet Velcro." And the two-way zipper allows for diaper changes without having to remove the entire swaddle. So helpful!

Child model in light blue sleep sack

Promising review: "I recommend this swaddle to every new parent. My newborn would only sleep on my chest for the first month. Every time we put him in bed he would wake up. We purchased this for the great reviews and out of desperation! The first night we tried it the baby slept five consecutive hours in his bassinet! He’s been sleeping in his own room with this swaddle ever since. We have gone from size small to now large with this swaddle. The bad thing is that now we have to transition him out of the swaddle and that will be a challenge but these swaddles have helped us and the baby sleep for the past 6 months!" —Lazara Rodriguez

Get it from Amazon for $32.95 (available in three sizes and nine colors).

    30. A set of five handmade woodland animal finger puppets constructed from eco-friendly and hypoallergenic materials for entertaining little ones with an entire team of cute critters.

Model's hand with five different felt animal finger puppets on each finger
    Lionas Art / Etsy

Lionas Art is an Etsy shop established 2019 in and based in Kharkiv, Ukraine that specializes in felt designed baby and nursery decor.

Promising review: "Beautifully made and will definitely be saved as a keepsake from my first grandson’s babyhood!! Thank you!" —aejjordan

Get it from Lionas Art on Etsy for $38.70.

    31. A Lovery activity gym and playmat (which is washable) for developing your baby's physical, cognitive, visual, and motor learning skills. So much fun (learning) packed in one playset.

Promising review: "Love this new play gym! The setup only took a few minutes and was super easy and intuitive. I love that the frame is wood instead of plastic, and you can easily wipe it down. There are a few different areas for the baby to explore as they grow. Right now, my seven-month-old is fixated on the wooden rattle and the mirrors. Definitely an upgrade from existing products." —Amazon customer

Get it from Amazon for $140.

    32. A BooginHead "Sleepy Sloth" baby gift set, because as a parent you've only got two hands and can use all the help you can get when it comes to your kid holding onto their brackets, bottles, and best (inanimate) friends.

Set includes Sloth teether, pacifier grips, blanket grip, and bandana teether bib.

Get it from Amazon for $44.99 (available in four styles).

    33. A Radio Flyer classic walker wagon that'll start as a toy storage option (thanks to removable wooden stakes) and then turn into a walker to help baby with their first little steps. Plus the front furniture bumper means your favorite chair or desk won't get dented.

Model and child playing with red radio flyer wagon with side wood paneling

Promising review: "We love love this wagon. Bought it for our daughter for her first birthday as she was starting to cruise but not walking. She absolutely loves this and her favorite thing to do is walk around the house finding things to put inside the wagon. The wagon is sturdy and well made, heavy enough that it does not slip out from under her. I appreciate the click sound it makes so I can hear her coming! We have put her in the wagon and pushed her around too. Even when she is walking unassisted I see her using this to pick up toys and moving laundry." —MtMuchacha

Get it from Amazon for $79.99.
