1. Sausage Egg and Cheese Omelette — 2 Minutes

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten

3 links of Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Links, chopped

1 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

In a bowl, scramble egg with milk (30 seconds)

Chop 3 sausage links and add to bowl (15 seconds)

Microwave on high, stirring occasionally (60 seconds)

Sprinkle top with cheese (15 seconds)

Fold in half and eat!

Total time: 2 Minutes

2. Mason Jar Pancakes — 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds

Ingredients

"Just add water” pancake mix

Water

Blueberries

Maple syrup

Instructions

Fill ⅓ mason jar with pancake mix (30 seconds)

Add ½ –1 cup water

Stir until combined

Microwave on high (90 seconds)

Add blueberries and syrup (30 seconds)

Total Time: 2 minutes and 30 seconds

3. Apple and Sausage Breakfast Sandwich — 2 Minutes and 45 Seconds

Ingredients

2 slices bread

2 Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Patties

4 slices apple

1 tsp strawberry jam

2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Toast bread (2 minutes)

While bread toasts, microwave sausage for 45 seconds

Thinly slice apple while bread and sausage cooks

Remove toast and assemble (45 seconds)

Spread jam on one piece

Top with apple slices

Add sausage patties

Add cheese

Add bread

Cut in half and eat!

Total Time: 2 minutes and 45 seconds

4. Breakfast Burrito — 3 Minutes and 15 Seconds

Ingredients

1 Original Jimmy Dean Sausage Patty

2 eggs

2 Tbsp. salsa

Pinch of salt

Pinch of pepper

2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar

1 8-inch tortilla

Instructions

Microwave sausage patty (45 seconds)

Scramble eggs (30 seconds)

Microwave eggs on high, stirring occasionally (60 seconds)

Assemble burrito (60 seconds)

Total time: 3 minutes and 15 seconds

5. Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast Sandwich — 4 Minutes

Ingredients

1 whole-wheat bagel, halved

1 large egg

½ cup baby spinach

Black pepper

1 slice Swiss cheese

1 slice of honey ham

Instructions

First, toast bagel (2 minutes)

While bagel toasts, heat pan and add olive oil

While pan heats, beat egg

Stir in spinach and pepper

Cook egg and spinach in pan (1 minute)

Assemble sandwich (1 minute)

Add cheese slice

Add honey ham

Add egg

Cover sandwich

Total time: 4 minutes

6. Egg in a Hole — 4 Minutes 15 Seconds

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter

1 slice bread

1 egg

Salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat a skillet or pan, add butter (2 minutes)

While skillet heats, cut out a hole in bread using a cup

Once butter is melted and spread, place bread in pan

Crack egg straight into open hole and cook until egg sets (1 minute)

Sprinkle with salt and pepper then flip over to cook other side (1 minute)

Remove with spatula, sprinkle with salt and pepper (15 seconds)

Enjoy!

Total time: 4 minutes 15 seconds

7. Coffee Cake — 4 Minutes 15 Seconds

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter

1 egg, beaten

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

1 drop vanilla

3 Tbsp. flour

¼ cup instant coffee crystals

⅛ tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Place butter in cup and soften in microwave (30 seconds)

While the butter melts, crack and stir your egg in a separate bowl

Remove cup and stir in sugar until fluffy (30 seconds)

Stir in remaining ingredients (45 seconds)

Stir in ½ egg

Stir in 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

Stir in drop of vanilla

Stir in ¼ cup flour

Stir in ¼ cup instant coffee crystals

Stir in ⅛ tsp baking powder

Make crumb topping in another bowl (30 seconds)

1 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. flour

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Add crumbs to cup

Microwave cup (1 minute 15 seconds)

Let sit (45 seconds)

Enjoy!

Total time: 4 minutes 15 seconds

8. Speedy Sausage Huevos Rancheros — 4 Minutes and 30 Seconds

Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil

½ cup cooked black beans

3 Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Links, chopped

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

2 large eggs

2 small flour tortillas

Salsa for topping

Salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat skillet and cooking oil (1 minute)

While skillet heats, cook sausage links on high in microwave for 45 seconds

Cook beans and spices in skillet, stirring occasionally (2 minutes)

After two minutes, move beans to one side of skillet

Fry egg in skillet (1 minute)

While egg cooks, wrap tortillas in wet paper towel and microwave on high for 30 seconds

Chop cooked sausage links while microwave runs

Once eggs have cooked, assemble dish (30 seconds)

Place tortilla

Spread fried egg

Add cut sausage link

Top with beans

Add salsa

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Total Time: 4 minutes and 30 seconds

9. Cinnamon Sugar Waffles — 5 Minutes

Ingredients

7 ½ oz refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

2 Tbsp. butter, melted

¼ cup of granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Heat waffle iron (1 minute)

Place four biscuits on waffle iron and cook (3 minutes)

While biscuits cook melt your butter in microwave for 1 minute

Remove biscuits, brush with butter (30 seconds)

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix (30 seconds)

Total time: 5 minutes

10. Biscuit Breakfast Pizza — 5 Minutes

Ingredients

½ cup of Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Sausage Crumbles

1 scallion

1 red pepper

1 English muffin, halved

4 oz tomato puree

Instructions

Set oven to broil

Half and toast pre-cooked biscuit (1 minute)

While biscuit toasts, microwave sausage on high for 45 seconds

While sausage cooks, chop scallion

Dice red pepper

Assemble muffin (1 minute)

Spread puree on muffin

Sprinkle with shredded cheese

Add sausage, pepper, and scallions

Sprinkle with pinch of salt and pepper

Pop in oven and heat until cheese has melted (2–3 minutes)

Let cool and cut
