A shooting in Jacksonville, Florida, that police believe was a murder-suicide left four people dead and one person critically injured Friday.

The shooting happened in the Oceanway neighborhood about 3:45 p.m., according to a police official who spoke at a news conference. Police found four people dead inside a home, and investigators believe the shooter, an adult man, was among the dead.

A fifth person suffered "critical injuries," the official said, and was in surgery Friday evening.

Police said some of the victims were children, though officials did provide any names or ages.

An officer told the media the shooting may have been "spawned from a domestic issue where someone was moving out of the house." He provided few other details, saying only that shooting seemed to have happened inside the home.

A neighbor who spoke to the Florida Times-Union, said a military family lived at the home where the shooting happened.
