It kinda is! If you were to say, “you’re talking bollocks” or “that’s a load of bollocks”, it pretty much means the same as bullshit. If you were to say “That IS THE bollocks” or “that was THE bollocks” then it means awesome, essentially. Just when it has THE in front of it, as its pretty much a shortened version of “The dogs bollocks” which means awesome. If you say “what a load of bollocks” that can also mean bullshit in the context of something someones has said e.g. “She said that you punched her in the face.” “What a load of bollocks! (bullshit)” Then obviously you can just stub your toe and shout “bollocks” which in this context could mean “shit” “fuck” or whatever!
