Which might explain who is selling those coupons on eBay.

The store doesn't disclose how they select customers to receive this coupon, but according to BBBCoupons.org, the selection is random and the coupon usually comes via snail mail or when you move to a new address.

6. If you use a BBB registry, they'll usually send you additional coupons to complete your list.

7. The online and mobile version of the coupons DO actually expire.

Those emailed codes and shopping portals don't work past the listed date. But if you're on the list to get emailed or text-message coupons, they usually send a new one as soon as your old one has expired.

8. If you somehow still don't have a coupon, leaving an item in your online cart can help.

Other brands listed as exclusions in the fine print include: Arthur Court, Bugaboo, Bumbleride, Clek, Coravin, CYBEX, DaVinci, Fitbit, Foundations, Franklin & Ben, Inglesina, Kenneth Cole Reaction Home, Kosta Boda, Lladró, Maxi-Cosi, Miele, Monique Lhuillier, Orrefors, Peg Pérego, Roomba 800 & 900 Series Vacuums, Shun, Southern Tide, Star Wars BB8 by Sphero, Stokke, Storksak, Svan, Swarovski, Swash, Under Armour, Bosch Stand Mixers, George Kovacs, iComfort, iSeries, and more.

So if one of the brands or products you see excluded has a coupon from another store or a lower listed price, they should match that price according to their "Price Match Guarantee."

This also counts for lower rates at online retailers like Amazon (but not third-party sellers) as long as the products are identical.

13. You can use these coupons at all Bed Bath & Beyond company stores, which includes World Market...

But even Buy Buy Baby branded coupons still can't be used on diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, or baby furniture.

Other excluded baby brands include: Baby Brezza, Baby Jogger, Babyletto, Babymel, Destination Maternity, Bassinest, Oeuf, Orbit Baby, and more.

18. You CAN use the store coupons on sale and clearance items.

And there are usually multiple clearance areas inside every store, one with seasonal markdowns and then area-specific clearance bins throughout the departments.

19. If you return an item that you used a coupon with, you don't get the coupon back.

And with the store's new return policy, you can either exchange items or get a store credit for 20% less than the purchase price.
