There are deals hidden beneath the error messages, and some are truly legit.

We hope you love the products we recommend! Just so you know, BuzzFeed may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page.

So far, Prime Day 2018 has been kind of a bust. Amazon's site has been going in and out, and while they do reward your troubles with pictures of dogs, it's been hard to dig through and find some of the legitimately good deals on this now-internet-wide summer shopping event.

Amazon

But we've got you! The deals are still live, and we've rounded up some of our editors' favorite things that are actually on sale this year:

FYI — deals move quickly on Prime Day. We’ll do our best to keep this post as up-to-date as possible, but we can’t catch everything immediately. Check back throughout Prime Day to see our latest updates as the deals change!

1. Ninja Professional Blender

A good blender is a worthy investment, one that’ll come in handy for a variety of drinks and dishes, from smoothies to baby food to margaritas. The Ninja is our absolute favorite. It feels and operates like a blender two to three times its price. It has a sleek design and simple functionality that looks and feels, well...professional. There are only four settings plus a power button, making it a machine that’s easy to operate but still versatile. The stacked blades may look gimmicky, but they’re actually very effective. In fact, out of all the blenders we've tested, it is the only one we've tried (including the Vitamix) that was able to crush ice into an even texture. And anything that can make a margarita just as well as it can make a smoothie is a winner in our book. For under $50 this is an incredible deal. Get it before it's gone.

2. Crest Professional White Strips

When it comes to a dental hygeine brand that’s well-established, widely-trusted, and recognizable, few can can top Crest. In fact, the American Dental Association (ADA) announced in 2017 that Crest 3D Whitestrips were the only home-use tooth bleaching product to receive the ADA Seal of Acceptance. They're also fairly pricey, and rarely go on sale. Get them before they're gone.

3. The Oral-B Pro 1000 Electric Toothbrush

Do a preliminary search for “best electric toothbrush,” and you’ll find that the Oral-B Pro 1000 makes it to the top of more lists than it doesn’t — including Health’s, Wirecutter's, and Business Insider’s, to name just a few — which isn’t surprising. It’s a solid toothbrush with all the features you’d expect in an electric model from a renowned brand in the dental hygiene space: Similar to the Sonicare 2 Series Plaque Control toothbrush, this rather simple Oral-B model has one brushing mode with a two-minute timer and quadpacer. Unlike its sonic counterpart in this price range, however, it features a handy pressure sensor that buzzes when you’re brushing too hard, a feature that may be especially useful for anyone with tooth or gum sensitivities — and one that can potentially help prevent irritation in the long run. And Oral-B's replacement heads are significantly cheaper than Sonicare's. We’re talking $36.95 for 10, compared with $30.58 for just four of the others. It’s also compatible with 11 varieties of Oral-B brush heads (including those designed for sensitivity and for flossing), in case you’d like to target a particular dental issue.Get it before it's gone.

4. BCOZZY Chin-Supporting Travel Pillow

If you've been looking for a better travel pillow than the ubiquitous and unpleasant U-shape, this is it. While you can adjust the tightness and overlap several ways, the BCOZZY has two main shapes: the round loop and the double-stacked C-shape. In the round shape, the pillow wraps all the way around your neck and is secured in place by the weight of your chin or head. This might take some getting used to for people who don’t like their neck to be touched, but the tightness is adjustable while still being secure, and it offers unparalleled support for people who tend to nod. No other pillow shape we've tried keeps our heads in as true an ‘upright and locked position’ (so to speak) as this one did. And you can also adjust the support to where you want to lean, from under the chin to either side of your head, which is great for aisle seats. The double C-shape is also great for side sleepers, window seats and car rides where you want to put your weight on a particular side or surface. It's a weird concept, but it works! Get it before it's gone.

5. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water

For the unacquainted, micellar water is a French pharmacy staple that’s part cleaner, part toner, and part makeup remover. And it's one of our favorite makeup removers out there. The product has thousands(!) of five-star reviews across the internet, and for good reason. It ranks highly in our book for it's low cost per use, removal experience, and simplicity of ingredients. Add that it’s extremely easy to find at any drugstore or online retailer, works well across all skin types, and comes in several varieties — including one that removes even waterproof mascara — and we have ourselves a winner. If you're already a fan, what are you waiting for? Several versions have been on sale throughout Prime Day, including the drugstore Garnier brand, Bioderma, and Marcelle, all of which are worth stocking up on while you can.

6. Ultimate Ears Megablast Bluetooth Speaker

This fancy speaker is really doing the MOST. To begin with, the UE app includes an equalizer. Not just presets (though it has that, too), but a custom setting that allows you to dial in the exact type of sound you like for whatever you’re rockin’. For podcasts, you could lighten up the high notes. For hip-hop, up goes the bass. And for anything else, you can tweak it to your heart’s content. The UE Megablast is IP67-rated — that is, it can be fully submerged in up to a meter of water for 30 minutes and is virtually impenetrable to dust. This means you can take it with you anywhere, and the 16-hour battery life means it will perform all day long without dying, even at louder volumes. The Megablast delivers on all counts, giving you a versatile sound solution that you can take anywhere. At home, the sound will easily fill a room while also providing access to the Internet of Things and even Alexa. No other speaker we've found can do all those things, so this is a great investment even when it's not on sale. But right now it is, so don't dawdle. Get it before it's gone.

7. Bose QuietComfort Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones

If you’re planning to drop more than $100 on a pair of headphones, you're going to want a pair that has it all — not only fit, style, and sound quality, but also superior noise-cancellation abilities. (Because let's face it: nothing ruins a perfectly good listening experience like the outside world). Bose’s QuietComfort series headphones excel in all these categories. For those who prioritize comfort, rest assured that “comfort” is in this model’s name for a very good reason. The QuietComforts offer the most immediate sensation of comfort of any luxury headphone we've tried, but what makes them truly outstanding is that they manage to remain comfortable (with varying degrees of good to excellent) after extended use. Get them before they're gone.

8. Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart Electric Toothbrush

If you’ve planned to drop three figures on a toothbrush, you’d better damn well make sure it pulls out all the stops in the fancy features department and looks sleek as hell. Enter: the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9500, the latest in the high-end DiamondClean line. Like all Sonicare models, the brush operates using a vibrating motion, which sends sonic waves on a mission to break through moisture and help sticky plaque matrices fall away from your teeth. The DiamondClean Smart 9500, as you might imagine for a brush with a $200+ price tag, delivers on all the essential features you’d expect: standard two-minute timer and quadpacer, a sensor to tell you to chill out when you’re brushing too hard, and compatibility with a range of brush heads in its line. The product comes with four heads — including a tongue-scraping brush — and when one starts to wear, an icon on the handle lights up, signaling it’s time to replace it. And then there’s the clincher: The brush connects via Bluetooth to the Sonicare app (boasting an impressive 4.8-star average with more than 10,000 reviews), which allows users to set goals, track progress, address missed spots while brushing, and more. If you’re a diehard Oral-B stan, the Bluetooth-powered Oral-B Genius Pro 8000 packs a similar punch at a similar price; unlike Oral-B models, however, Sonicare’s (not inexpensive) brush heads come with a snap-on plastic cover, poop particles meandering through your bathroom be damned. Do you need this many features to keep your teeth clean? We don't know you. But if you've ever thought about treating your mouth, now is the time to save over $80. Get it before it's gone.
